The eel was deliciously soft and had the traditional sweet unagi sauce atop. The fried soft shell crab for $7.95 was a whole crab fried into about four pieces. It was not as tender as I've had elsewhere but good for Searcy. The unagi don was in good portion with about seven slices of eel atop a bed of somewhat dry rice. It came with some pickled ginger, a wee bit of seaweed salad, and some artificial wasabi. The eel was good.

It was overcooked. I believed they intended to smoke it, but it was very well done. The Dallas roll was great until the drink garnish sized chunks or lime, complete with the rind, was discovered.
