I asked the waiter to explain, he didn't come back. I went to the front desk, and was told "sometimes it is raw, sometimes not" and it depends on which chef prepares it. Admitted to steaming it sometimes. If the scallop is good quality and raw why is it being steamed? It was so chewy and gross. The menu is misleading, if it is advertised as RAW, it should be served raw. Also don't give customers poor quality scallops.
