My kids love swimming and we just moved to the area so we were in search of a pool. We were told to…read morejoin wstc because of their wonderful swim team and instruction provided by the coaches. Out expectations were exceeded when we saw such improvement in our child's swimming ability. The swim team and coaches alone would give wstc a 5 star rating, HOWEVER. The dirty facilities and lack of renovations to this club is Discusting. The bathrooms and floors are something out of a horror movie, I can not even imagine the diseases collect on the floor and the pool deck. The playground is full of lead paint and the entire club looks as if no one has cleaned since the 80s. I would like for my kids to continue swimming for this fantastic team but the owners lack of care for this swim club makes the price of membership not worth it.

Perfect. Me and my boyfriend went on a Sunday without any issues. We paid the money and spent the day by the pool. The following Wednesday me and my friend decided to go. Had all of our stuff with us and were excited to go. We get there and see a young girl too busy playing on her cell Phone to acknowledge us. Finally we asked for the day pass and she rudely says that they don't do that here. I told her I had called and also came here this past weekend without any issues. She very rudely said we had to be a member or a guest of a member. After she said this she went back to texting as if we were bothering her so terribly. she could have given us information about becoming members or talked with her manager about the situation. I will not be going back here or recommending this place to anyone.

The weight room has rips in some of the benches. Nobody wipes anything down. The pool never gets vacuumed and the same dirty bandaids that were on the bottom when I joined in May are still there in March of the next year. Definitely going back to BestFitness when my year is up. I'll miss swimming, but everything else at BF is so much better.

It can fill up pretty quickly especially weekends. I went 2016 when it was taking quite a while to revamp the pool and lockers then I tried again 2022. Locker rooms are much nicer than when I last went. The fall had a longer hours so perhaps more opportunities too. Pros and cons with the reservation system( pro nice knowing it's reserved) but at times find times that worked for me would be hard. Other things to check out: tennis courts and looks like they had a pickleball league. They used to have childcare options - hopefully they'll bring that back one day. All the times I went to the gym the weights/cardio never felt overcrowded. Lots of options here but I think for working out I do better with attending a class vs. going to a gym.

The center is clean, the staff fun, and the Directors responsible and experienced. They hold everyone to high standards of care. Sadly, this is the complete opposite of our previous center. Though we have only interacted with some teachers (starting at 4 means we skipped a few classes!), all have been wonderful. My daughter is getting ready for Kindergarten, made fantastic friends, and regularly makes cards for her teachers (just because she adores them). I no longer stress about the care she is receiving, if she will be behind in school, or if the teachers are treated well (phew!). I will note the cost is higher and the hours more limited (close earlier) than our other center. Thankfully, we were able to manage both; totally worth it!

Now our daughter is in a two-year old class and the teachers are helping her learn the alphabet and numbers and colors and are even doing a ton to help with toilet training, which is amazing. Every day, our little girl comes home learning something new--talking better, counting to ten...it's amazing. And she's happy! One thing I love about the school is that the owners are really great about communicating with us as parents, and the teachers are too. We actually get a daily e-mail (also communicated through an app on our phone) with pictures of our daughter and details ranging from what she ate to when she pooped to all of the activities that they did and how they enhanced her learning in different areas like social skills or gross motor movement or math or language. There's also usually a picture of her and there's always a "memorable moment" from her day. The classes at Goddard are small compared to other childcares, which has been great in terms of giving our daughter individualized attention as well. In short--I cannot recommend Goddard highly enough. As a parent, I feel safe and secure and confident sending my daughter here!
