I could stand for longer times and it actually helped me regain my healthy life again. Second time around I took my wife in and they did an extremely thorough scan and broke down what kind of shoe would help her feet and what would relieve her pain , that she experienced. Their independence knowledge is extremely valuable and helpful. The store has a vast variety of apparel to wear for running, and inserts, and shoes. Isaac was the one who helped out my wife and he did an amazing job. He listened to all of our concerns and addressed every single question we had. She started with a personalized fitting analysis with the coolest machine ever. It told me the size I needed, my walking points, foot width, and arch. Returns are always easy, and the cashiers are efficient and pleasant. I do shop this location periodically. It's about a 50/50 chance on whether the stock is orderly and organized. The worst area is usually the cosmetics and accessories (to the far right in the store). If you like to dig through the additional markdowns, it's not unusual to find items broken, sampled, etc. Same for the additional mark clothing; every once in a while those racks look more like thrift racks than clearance, but once you find that diamond in the rough it can be worth it. I do wish this location got more of the special occasion pieces, but either I always miss them or they go to different Rack locations. If you've got the time, it's a great place to find great prices on everything from budget-friendly brands to designer brands.

It's not uncommon to have difficulty finding assistance, finding sizes in the wrong place - specifically shoes, messy racks, clothes left in changing rooms, and a long checkout line moving at a snails pace. When shopping here I expect at least a 50% discount, but it's not uncommon to only find 25%-30% on discounted items. Even with these negatives, I've found great shoes and some clothing. This place is amazing. I had no idea there was such a market for athletic shoes. The inventory which changes daily was over the top. However, one of the reasons I went was to see the famous safe. Yes you heard me right. A Safe for the high end shoes. Since the athletic shoes my daughter was looking at were over $200.00, I wanted to know, what about the shoes in the safe. The let me in and well, they were very expensive. I guess my PF Flyers and Keds as a kid are not longer a things. Anyway, the staff was engaging, fair and helpful.
