I had an event last night that I needed them for, which is important for this recap. Around 3:00 PM on yesterday, I decided to head to the store because I hadn't received a pick up email yet and my event was at 6:30 PM. When I arrived, I found the sneakers in my size on the shelf. I tried them on and took them up to the register. I explained that I had placed an online order for same day pick up that had not been fulfilled yet. I said I went and found the shoes so could they go ahead and fulfill the order so I could take them and leave. The person at the register tried to say I would need to cancel my order and rebuy the shoes. Ummmm...why??? I already have an order! I told them I basically did the legwork for them--just look up my order number and fulfill it. It must have clicked in their head so that's what they proceeded to do. I received the email for pick up while I was standing at the register so I was able to get the shoes and go. I'm glad I went to the store myself and got my shoes off the shelf before someone else bought them. I seem to have issues whenever I go to any DSW in my area. I'll probably go on a break from buying from them.

I could stand for longer times and it actually helped me regain my healthy life again. Second time around I took my wife in and they did an extremely thorough scan and broke down what kind of shoe would help her feet and what would relieve her pain , that she experienced. Their independence knowledge is extremely valuable and helpful. The store has a vast variety of apparel to wear for running, and inserts, and shoes. Isaac was the one who helped out my wife and he did an amazing job. He listened to all of our concerns and addressed every single question we had. My wife is excited to immediately use the shoes that were recommended. I was recommended this place by another friend and now I can see why. I highly, highly recommend to come here to anyone else!

She started with a personalized fitting analysis with the coolest machine ever. It told me the size I needed, my walking points, foot width, and arch. She provided some shoe options that would be good based on this. Loved how they assist you with trying on and discussing points about the shoe. I decided on the new balance 1080 v15. So comfortable! Be prepared to spend money... they are not cheap but worth it! Great experience overall and loving my new purchase.

They offer the shoes that are carried in your regular department stores. This place was Clean and Organized, no paper on the floor or overrun trash cans. The colors were vibrant with plenty of lights. The walls were labeled in sections to prevent confusion. The staff were very engaging and courteous. The prices were in line with the quality of products offered. I liked shopping here and in fact bought another pair of shoes that I don't need!

Smells nice too! While it's a great store it was pretty difficult to get help or assistance from store associates. I'm assuming there weren't enough workers on schedule at the moment or the store was too big to keep track of customers in need of help. Returns are always easy, and the cashiers are efficient and pleasant. I do shop this location periodically. It's about a 50/50 chance on whether the stock is orderly and organized. The worst area is usually the cosmetics and accessories (to the far right in the store). If you like to dig through the additional markdowns, it's not unusual to find items broken, sampled, etc. Same for the additional mark clothing; every once in a while those racks look more like thrift racks than clearance, but once you find that diamond in the rough it can be worth it. I do wish this location got more of the special occasion pieces, but either I always miss them or they go to different Rack locations. If you've got the time, it's a great place to find great prices on everything from budget-friendly brands to designer brands.

Nordstrom Rack has discounted designer and popular high end brands that haven't sold in their Nordstrom stores. It's not uncommon to have difficulty finding assistance, finding sizes in the wrong place - specifically shoes, messy racks, clothes left in changing rooms, and a long checkout line moving at a snails pace. When shopping here I expect at least a 50% discount, but it's not uncommon to only find 25%-30% on discounted items. Even with these negatives, I've found great shoes and some clothing. I will return because I love the thrill of a good hunt!

This place is amazing. I had no idea there was such a market for athletic shoes. The inventory which changes daily was over the top. However, one of the reasons I went was to see the famous safe. Yes you heard me right. A Safe for the high end shoes. Since the athletic shoes my daughter was looking at were over $200.00, I wanted to know, what about the shoes in the safe. The let me in and well, they were very expensive. I guess my PF Flyers and Keds as a kid are not longer a things. Anyway, the staff was engaging, fair and helpful.
