I love that the kids can choose to watch a movie or play video games while getting their hair cut--it keeps them entertained and makes haircuts something they actually look forward to. I also really like the selection of hair products they carry for both boys and girls. There are so many cute products to choose from, and I always end up looking around while we're there. Everyone has always been friendly and great with my kids. It's such a fun place for children to get their hair done, and most importantly, my kids leave happy with their haircuts. We explained that we don't let him watch TV, but a show was turned on anyway. We didn't want to make the haircut more stressful, so we let it go, but it wasn't something we were comfortable with. Our son did really well for an 11-month-old and sat as still as could be expected. The stylist was patient, which we appreciated, but the haircut moved very slowly. With a baby that young, a quicker pace would have made the experience much easier for everyone. Overall, the haircut turned out fine, but the customer service and overall experience leave us wanting to keep looking for a hair salon.

When I called to express that this keeps happening and it's been a bad experience, the receptionist didn't try to empathize or understand the frustration or direct me to a manager/a solution, instead she said (direct quote) "I don't have any control over when a stylist leaves their home."...which is a really bizarre response. We won't be back again. Save your money and go somewhere else, this place has become increasingly unreliable and their staff is rude at best.
