I sponsor her, but ms. Chi filled in the application that my mom's immigration status is by marriage. My mom, by going to her account online, knows much more information about her case than they know (and they charge us $1,300 for the service). My mom was assigned to Mrs. Chi. My mom came to the office to see Chi; yet she told my mom to come at another date so that Ms. Đan could call for her (Mrs. Chi could barely speak any English). She is not only incompetent but also very rude. She does not ask me for info and yet blame me for not giving her the info (how could I know which kind of information that she needs). Every time we had questions, she could not answer, yet trying to point the fingers at us for not getting any progress done. When I told her that I would need her to let me know all documents that she needs so I can prepare and give her at once (I live in NorCal at that time), she replies "do you understand Vietnamese at all". The way she talks is very impolite too. It sounds very condescending to the clients. I doubt that she has ever worked in customer service. To Chi: if your English is so bad and you can't even talk in English, please try to find another job. Don't punish your customers by filling out/telling customers wrong info ALL the time and then try to hide your embarrassment by talking condescendingly to your customers. JPL brings a level of responsiveness, and attention to detail that makes a real difference. They have consistently gone above and beyond for me, and their support has white glove. This has been, without exaggeration, a costly mistake and a serious failure of professional service. The service provided was not worth the money we paid. The office did little more than fill in basic information on standard forms. These same forms are freely available online and can be completed by any applicant with basic English skills, or with simple step-by-step guidance from online tools. There was no meaningful expertise, no strategic guidance, and no real value added. Looking back, paying this company was a serious error. Throughout the process, the office showed a complete lack of responsibility and initiative. Whenever we called to ask about our case or to raise concerns, the response was almost always a generic "wait for USCIS." There was no proactive follow-up, no clear plan, and no sense that anyone was actually managing our case. In many situations, my husband and I had to call USCIS ourselves, and those calls were more effective than anything this office did. That alone shows how little support we received. The delay was unacceptable. Our case took three years for something that, based on our understanding, could and should have been completed in about six months if it had been handled correctly from the beginning. This is not a minor inconvenience. This kind of delay has real consequences for people's lives, plans, and finances. The quality of advice was also deeply concerning. We were given incorrect guidance, which shows a lack of knowledge of the law and the process, or a lack of care, or both. Either way, this is not what anyone should experience after paying for a professional service. This incompetence caused unnecessary stress and put our case at risk. There was also a specific incident that clearly reflects the company's attitude toward clients. I once called to complain and spoke with Anthony, who is no longer working there. Instead of addressing the issue directly, he spoke in circles, avoided responsibility, and was rude and dismissive. He also showed a clear lack of understanding of the matter we were discussing. That call did nothing to resolve the problem and only reinforced the impression that this office does not take its clients seriously. At this point, I believe the service we received falls far below any reasonable standard of professional care. Given the financial cost, the excessive delays, and the clear lack of competent support, I am seriously considering pursuing formal complaints and legal action against this company. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to think very carefully before using Văn Phòng Thẻ Xanh. If you are capable of doing basic research yourself, you will likely save time, save money, and avoid a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration.
