The items for sale were placed so conveniently that my wallet begged me not to starve it of any of the George Washingtons it was clinging onto. I may have even heard Eugene Krabs threaten me in the distance, but perhaps it was only an echo. I was overall pleased with the atmosphere, but there was a bossy sign that insulted my H20 knowledge -- saying that a cup of ice is not free. Well yeah, neither was the paper and ink used to print that meaningless nonsense (let alone how much corporate spent on the printer). What do you want me to do next, change your diaper? I've found if you wait until the next available gas, the prices are about ten cents more expensive. The bathrooms, while small and kind of dated (which is weird as it's obvious the rest of the place has been updated) are usually clean. There's a Burger King attached, so if you're hungry, you can grab a burger. You can also get the standard gas station soft drinks and snacks. All in all, this is an above average place for a pit stop if you're passing through.

Being from out of town it was interesting finding the nearest place to pick up some water and a snack in my room for later. I followed GPS to get here and almost bypassed the entrance. This sits at basically at a triangle interchange and it can be quite easy to bypass it coming from the direction of the highway and hotel area. Which I almost did. Luckily for me, no one was behind me, so I was able to do a quick turn into the lot. I ran inside right to the cooler, grabbed two waters and then did a quick scan for snacks. Grabbed what I liked at the moment and made my way to the registers. Had no wait at the register. The employees were amazing and made for as quick of a visit as I needed. Back out to the lot and I was more aware of my surroundings. Exiting was easier than entering.

One stall was out of order on my side and came to find out that was the case on the other side. It took my colleague more time here than me. I went out and grabbed what I wanted/needed and was back out to my vehicle before she was out of the facilities. Waiting for her, I just took in the scenery outside, which isn't much since this sits along a busy, commercialized road. Once she was finished, we were back on our way to head back to the DMV.
