My siblings and I were traveling through the snow and ended here for gas. They looked closed but thankfully they are open 24/7. We went in for the bathroom and the women's toilets had feces all over them except for the big stall (handicap/mother's stall). The facility had tons of snacks and drinks to offer, tables to sit and eat, and of course places you can order food made to eat or specialty drinks. The one thing I like about this Sheetz is the convenience of the self checkout area that they have. An easy in and out place to go for traveling. The gas prices were decent and I got full tank with $32. The quality of the burger we ordered was surprisingly good for a quick stop. No interactions were made with the workers there but they all seemed friendly. read more

This is a commentary on gasoline pricing. Store is still very clean and a great place to get snacks and take a break while traveling. Bought gas at this station last year and at that time, was actually less expensive that some of the gas stations around it. Not to say much because it was still about 20 cents per gallon more expensive than say where I normally top of my tank in Wytheville VA. I had filled my tank earlier in Denver, NC which is about 20 miles NW of Charlotte NC and had paid $2.289 per gallon Premium. My car is a Turbocharged Audi and the manufacturer recommends Premium to protect the engine and I follow their recommendation. Only filled the tank half way with Premium because I figured that would give me a range of about 250 miles. My math was correct because it showed I had a cruising range of 90 miles a few minutes ago when I topped it off here in Denver and again, it was still $2.289 per gallon. Love this Sheetz but don't love the prices and while West Virginia has always had higher gas prices than any state between here in Pennsylvania, this one is kind of hard to justify. read more

Sheetz is my go to place to stop when traveling. They are usually clean, well lit, fountain drinks and food options. This one was no exception. They only issue with this location is they parking lot is kind of narrow so it is not easy to get in and out and even more difficult to back out of a parking spot if they are busy. But clean store and a good stop. read more

Went in and ordered a drink waited 15 min before asking if my order had been received. They said yes so I continued to wait while I watched other people order and received their drinks and food while I continued to stay and wait. Finally I just went up and got a refund and went down the road to Dunkin You need to communicate with customers if you know you can't get them their orders in a reasonable time frame. If I knew it would be more than 10 min I wouldn't have ordered I wouldn't even be upset but I don't like wasting my time. read more

I stopped by Sheetz for gas and a bathroom break. It's a convenience store that must be located up north on the east coast. It's similar to Spinx, you can order food from a computer screen and they will get it ready. The bathrooms were decent. It's a busy popular place to stop for gas, a snack and a place to rest. read more

This is by far the dirtiest gas station I have ever been to. Sidewalk covered in garbage...should've been first clue. Sticky dirty floors. Bathroom horrendous. 3 clogged toilets, out of soap.....so so dirty. Such a disappointment. read more

The food is disgusting! We stopped here on our way home from a long road trip and figured we'd save time ordering food. I don't know why I expected more from a gas station but it was worse than you might imagine. The service was slow and the staff seemed unorganized but that's not what's important here. The quality of the food is what prompted me to write this review. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and a hamburger (I'm pregnant, don't judge me!) Anyway, the pizza was burned around the edges, raw in the middle, and the cheese was all burned. It was as if they threw cheese on a triangular tortilla and exposed it to high heat for a couple minutes and called it pizza. The burger was smashed (I opened it as soon as we got in the car) and the patty was wet and did not look or taste like meat. I took one bite and it was as if I was biting into warm dog food sandwiched between two pieces of wet, tasteless bread. I grew up poor and am known for never wasting food, however that burger was so bad I spit up the bite I took and gave the rest to my pug. She'll eat anything by the way. Anything. Abby was apologetic and was rushing around to get orders complete when a couple of employees emerged to help the line that had grown quite a bit. Abby did a great job helping, but the lack of staff for so long was a bit frustrating for us late night travelers. read more
