Normally, the workers there are friendly. However on 10/28/2026, I encountered a really unfriendly person at the donation area. Yikes, she made me feel like a stranger for even showing up with donations (at the wrong door, go to the back, she said). She ignored me for awhile and then gave me such an unfriendly tone and glare. I took off one star here for that, just for the store's awareness sake. Overall, I do recommend this place as a great place to donate nearly-new items from your home, to give them a second life with others.

Clean parking lot, a ton of parking and upon entering my first impression was of how big it is!!! There were so many people and evidently resellers grabbing carts full of clothes and shoes. There is some sort of schedule switching out the bins and folks attack the bins---eeekk!! My friend and I were able to find some really nice pieces--a wool coat with fur collar, Zara, Ralph Lauren, Mango, Cotton On, Reformation, wool, cashmere and just some really good finds. Not many good items in the houseware bins a lot of junk with a couple good baskets. There's also a furniture section with some good pieces. There's a section with a few couches for folks to sit and resellers literally sit and relax taking breaks in between their day. Interesting. We spent more time in there than I'd like to admit and I walked out with 19 lbs totaling $59. WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!!

They also let me know that they welcome volunteers. I'll have to keep that in mind. It's a very nice store and a great place to find treasures that are intriguing. I will definitely come back and go to some of their other locations in the South Bay.
