White with wood trim, it stands on a single post. The single door is secured by a interior catch. Inside there are two shelves loaded with books. A bit jumbled, most are children's books with some self-help and improvement. Nothing that caught my eye today. This is charter number 157257. The entry on the Little Free Library database map has the steward's email address and this caption: "As we prepare for Jesse's second heavenly birthday, we have decided to establish a Free Little Library in his honor. The box is blue with white trip and a wood roof that looks a lot like the home it stands in front of. There is a single door. The interior is in excellent condition and the books inside were almost neatly stacked. A good collection of hardcovers and softcovers today. The Daily Show one was my favorite. WARNING to Parents - Please Read Before Enrolling Your Child…read moreMy daughter began attending this center shortly after her first birthday. As soon as she started walking and talking, I was prepared for the next chapter--but unfortunately, what followed was a series of deeply troubling experiences. First, my 2-year-old developed unexplained black eyes. No clear incident was ever reported or explained. Not long after, she contracted a scalp ringworm infection, which I later learned was likely due to the unsanitary conditions of the daycare environment. These are serious red flags for any parent. I also had numerous unprofessional and upsetting encounters with a staff member named Victoria. She was consistently disrespectful and misused her authority. On top of that, they withheld incident reports that I am legally entitled to receive, along with financial documentation I requested. Things escalated when I pushed back against the disrespectful treatment. Because I did not respond submissively when Victoria made a demand--nor did I appreciate being dismissed when I asked to speak with someone in charge--she locked me in her office, called the police, and falsely accused me of assaulting a teacher. This was an incredibly traumatizing and unjust experience. After that, I tried to give another location a chance, specifically the one on Prosperity Church Road, hoping for better treatment. I spoke with Summer, who initially seemed professional and helpful. But sadly, our experiences only worsened at the second location. Please take this review seriously before deciding to entrust your child to either of these daycare centers. No parent should have to endure what my children and I went through.

From the timely manner in returned phone calls, answering my questions, compassion, pick up service, friendly front desk staff and turn around time for pick up - this business is top notch! I worked directly with Katie and somehow they made it extremely pleasant, even during a time of grief. I wanted a place that would do clay prints and ink prints. I was told sometimes the ink prints could potentially not be great (I was aware of this already and knew it wasn't due to McLean just the nature of the process) I went ahead with them anyway and I was extremely satisfied. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend McLean Pet Cremation services and will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you McLean!
