From the time I was born until my rebellious fifteenth birthday I went to church here. Several times a year I visit the graves of family and church folks who were instrumental in my Christian upbringing. There are 799 documented burial sites here. The folks who were laid to rest at this place have an indelible place in my memory and heart as I knew a lot of them. Cherokee Creek Baptist Church is doing a wonderful job!
