The cover was completely detached and many of the maps had fallen out. I met with Susan with the expectation of getting a new cover, stopping the remaining pages from falling out and getting it back before Christmas. In less than a week (AS PROMISED), I picked up my bible which had a beautiful, new leather cover, all the pages sown back in, and the hundreds of pages that had creases in them ironed out flat. Amazingly, it is in better condition than when I received it brand new ... AND the cost was substantially cheaper than I had anticipated. I have already recommended Susan to two of my friends.

Canceled our appointment at 11:30 am stating she had no access to my number even though we had confirmed our appointment the previous day also confirming the Bible was all set! I attempted to call and text the following week, she would not pick up.I had someone else call she picked up immediately. We set new appointment and while traveling another 300 mile round trip she texts stating she would not be able to see me.I showed anyway, I got my Bible which hadn't even been started on. Do Not use this person she is not honest. If she had needed more time she should have been honest enough to say rather than create stories and cost me 3 driving days over 900 miles to brag how well she can restore books! I just lost my US Army younger brother due to military chemicals during 3 war tours! Spare yourself the stress she is completely unprofessional!!! I don't usually write negative reviews but to keep someone's family Bible limbo that's too much!! That same Bible tells me to forgive her.
