This large gray box is on a single wooden post in a residential neighborhood and is completely accessible for all. (The pond area behind it is gated and is for residents only.)
The box has a single door with a clear panel secured by a twist lock. The inside was stuffed with all sorts of interesting books including children's, reference and non-fiction. I was tempted by The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires but opted to leave it for the next patron.
This is charter 128994 and there is no steward listed on the website. The caption reads, "Although the pond area is only for Mistletoe Hill Residents, the book box is located outside of the fence and is open for anyone to enjoy!"
