When interviewing Nicole, she was the only in-home provider I had spoken to with a handbook that laid out her policies and practices. I work in HR... so this was music to my ears! Her home was and is very organized and clean. Choosing her as our DC provider was the best choice we could have made for our daughter. Nicole played a HUGE role in potty training. I am not sure how she did it, but she did and our girl was trained within a few months. Be careful giving your notice to end services she takes it very personal. I made the mistake of paying full month (as I usually did) then giving her almost three weeks notice to end services with her (for personal reasons) and she refused service for the remainder of the time I had paid and kept my money over $200. She does not handle the situation professionally, does not give copy of signed contract so my advice is make your own copy before turning in original and don't pay full month in advance.
