The reason I get a massage is because it relieves a lot of fatigue in my body…read more In order to fully meet this goal, I must first meet a masseuse with excellent massage skill. But do you think that meeting a masseuse with excellent massage skill will 100% fulfill the purpose? I believe that the purpose can be 100% met only when extensive massage experience is added along with excellent massage technology. There is a place that can fulfill that purpose, and that place is "Head to toe spa." I think that if you meet a woman called "Yo Yo" there, more than 98% of your goals will be met, even if not 100%. YoYo is a massage therapist that we cannot easily meet who has many years of massage experience based on excellent massage technology. If excellent massage techniques are the flower, then long-term massage experience can be seen as fruit. In order to bear fruit, flowers must fall. Technology will melt into the long experience and bear the delicious fruits of massage.

Attached below is the promotional price on…read moretheir website, and I showed the man when I walked into the appointment the promotional price of $45/hr. He looked at the screen on my phone for a long time, and then said ok. Also, note their sign on the street says $44.99/hr massage. After the massage when I went to pay, I had $55 cash ($45 for the massage and $10 for the tip), and then the man said "no, it's $70 for body massage" and pointed to their indoor sign with the prices. I showed him again the online promotional price they have on their website that I verified with him BEFORE we began the massage, and he said that was a very old promotion, and it's no longer available. Why didn't he tell me this when I showed him the image at the beginning of the appointment and he said "ok". I'll never go back. I don't mind paying the $70, but I do mind being lied to. Horrible customer service. And yes, I still paid him the $70/hr.

On top of not getting the full hour, she left the room 3 times during the massage to do other things. The body massage itself was good. The foot massage was terrible. You could tell she was just waiting for it to be done and kept doing the same ineffective things over and over. I wish I would have spoken up. I was initially skeptical of the strip mall location but was in dire need of a massage! I found the entry way welcoming and beautifully fragrant. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and did their best to accommodate my walk-in massage request. Unfortunately, they were unable to and I had to return about an hour later. I was experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain, so I was happy to return for a same day appointment. When I returned I was directed to the waiting room in the back area and offered tea or water. Zen music played at the perfect volume. This area was in the same hallway as the massage rooms and it felt like I was in a real deal massage place, not a strip mall location. The massage was one of the best I've had! Veronica asked beforehand what I was mostly concerned with and what type of pressure I prefer. She also checked in during the massage to ensure the table and pressure were both okay. Everyone was professional and helpful. I would love to frequent this place but do not live in the area. I would highly recommend Veronica! I would have given 5 stars but did hear other patrons talking which was a little distracting.

When I first started with them, the massages were responsibly priced but now, they are very pricey…read more I guess that's inflation and the cost of the products they sell which I don't buy because of skin sensitivity passed on to the customers. Anyway, they have a couple of really good masseuses that I would wait to get because they applied the right amount of pressure and they would remember what areas of my body needed the most work. The owners wife works there and I'm sorry, but she's not that great. If you want a super soft rub down, she's your girl, but if you want or need pressure, don't let him stick you with her because he does some of the scheduling too when they are busy. As far as the place, it's tranquil and very nice. The masseuses wait for you in the hallway and greet you with a cup of cold water and ask you how are you feeling which is nice because I've been to places where they have a water machine and you're on your own. If I had anything thing bad to say, it would be that you don't get your full hour of massage time. The start from the time you walk in the room and they are asking you questions about what areas would you like them to concentrate on and then you change clothes but your hour has already start so that's about 15 minutes gone. I always wear clothes that I can get off quickly and the masseuses I try to get already know what's going on with me so our conversation is very brief. An hour should be an hour from the time they touch your body not from when you walk in the room.
