    My marble queen pothos

Little Eden is definitely one of my favorite places and safe havens to go to. You are welcomed by such wonderful staff who are so happy to help you and to educate you on what plants they are and how to take care of them. You can definitely get lost in this place for hours - there's just so many plants and the air is just so crisp! I have gone there twice now and have never been disappointed - I got a marble queen Pothos and an Alocasia Maharani! The checkout was smooth and the cashier even said that if we had any questions on the care of the plant, to call the owner himself and he can help us out! How thoughtful! Thanks so much - love supporting small plant businesses **BONUS: if you follow them on Instagram, you get first look at the rare plants that they receive and what plants are on sale!**

Wonderful friendly family owned business! If you LVE plants then you have to stop in and see what they have. They are always getting shipments in, if you don't see what you are looking for, ask! They will do their best to help get what's on your dream list! Here's to many more years of your beautiful greenhouse and farm!

Not sure what has happened to this place but it has really gone downhill. So many "rare" plants were half dead, which is a big thing when they have only 2 or so leaves. Majority of what I looked at was not priced and employees don't know the prices. I shouldn't have to ask the price of every plant. It's amazing how Little Eden is quick to block you on social media if you share your opinion with someone who has also had bad experiences.

Wow wow WOW! Such an incredible selection of healthy, well-cared for, unique plants. I've frequented many garden shops, and upon entering Little Eden, I knew this one was different from the others. The land is quaint, modest and farm-like, and the greenhouse is overflowing with gorgeous arrays of greens, pinks and yellows filling the space. As you explore, you will find unique and truly special foliage to take home -- monsteras, fiddle-leaf figs, and saguaro cacti aplenty. The atmosphere makes me feel like I'm among good company, the staff is kind and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and the prices are fair! Upon check out, I was gifted an abundance of care tips and tricks for each of the plants I was purchasing.... and she went above and beyond by giving me a business card and genuinely inviting me to call or FaceTime with the owner if I have any questions on my new babies. Tell me another shop that has offered such service... I'm listening. I highly suggest you roll down to Little Eden when you're in need of a friend. Slow down when you arrive, it's easy to miss (I did mention it was modest, right?), and there's often a couple of labs greeting guests as they arrive. Happy Nesting

I have recently become a plant fanatic, and Little Eden has become one of my very favorite places to add to my collection. They have truly giant plants that most of us could only dream of having, but there's also a vast array of fabulous plants that are sized to fit and beautify most homes at jaw dropping affordable prices! Two gallon monestera and Déjà vu's for $35? YES PLEASE! Also crotons, fiddle leaf figs, snake plants, palms, an insane variety of cacti and succulents (my personal faves)- I could never name them all! To top it all off, the staff is amazing! Doug and Richard helped me, and both are extremely patient and knowledgeable. They've been there years and years. It's apparent this is a well-loved family business where they care deeply about both their plants and their customers!

Terry and the Little Eden crew are an answer to prayer for any plant lovers. I've used them for my home as well as for business. They're professional, friendly and by far the best prices I've ever seen. I buy strictly from Terry now. Even if he doesn't have a plant, he's always willing to hunt it down. Do yourself a favor and go now!

I have been to every nursery in the front range and NOTHING compares to Little Eden. Aside from the beauty of the greenhouse alone, the plant QUALITY, SELECTION, and PRICES can not be beat. I can guarantee this. I've had the pleasure of working with Terry & Doug many times and they are helpful and incredibly friendly. I've found myself hanging around just to chat. I've brought a few friends over and even they are blown away. Little Eden is set on their farm and it feels like going home, with the friendly faces and all. YOU NEED TO CHECK THEM OUT. The selection of Cacti's are my personal favorite.

It's always a nice start to visiting here every time. As you walk in, the first thing that may come to mind is that they really have a large selection of items here including everything needed for gardening, some backyard furniture, plants, etc. As you walk into the eastern part of the building is where you'll see the nursery. There are SO many different kinds of plants. I find it hard to believe that you won't find what you're looking for here. The only downfall I would point out here is that, like many others have mentioned, the prices are definitely on the higher side. The quality of the plants and other items sold here do reflect that price though and are good.

I wanted to add some interest so that I wouldn't have just rock everywhere, but this south side of the house has no drip line. Perhaps some cacti and other southwestern plants would be appropriate? I made my way down to the local nursery and found this cute potato cactus. Rather than the typical plastic stick with planting instructions, the plastic stick found in the little plant casing said www.coldhardycactus.com. I went to this website to see how to plant and care for this cutie, and lo and behold--an entire cactus website run out of a location right down the road in Lakewood, Colorado! They sell quite a variety of cacti, yucca, agave, all the southwestern plants you might find in a desert environment, carefully studied and developed to be cold hardy for Colorado. I promptly scheduled an in-person tour of the plants, which you can do online. When I arrived, Kelly, a horticulturalist, showed me around the yard and greenhouses and told me about all the plants that he grows. He knows absolutely everything about them, and loves to convey his knowledge about their origination, hybridizations, and ability to withstand our environs in planting zones 4, 5, 6, etc. My house resides in zone 5. Based on Kelly's guidance and my own taste in plants, I walked away with a combination of cacti and succulents; from your traditional spiny cacti to beautiful flowering gentle varieties with smoother paddles. With my brown thumb, and the little 1.5-2" pots, I was wary about their outcome. However, you can see below the pictures that I took in May, 2025. They survived beautifully, and in fact are thriving! I have to admit that the succulents did not make it through the winter. I suspect I did not provide enough water for them after planting, or maybe the site just isn't right, but I couldn't be more happy and proud of the many cacti that are happy in my yard. In one year, some have at least doubled in size! I recently paid Kelly another visit this fall, and purchased some yuccas and agaves this time to fill in some holes in my landscape. I have some pictures below of these babies. I'm excited about the prospect of a southwestern cactus garden in my south yard! If you have want to add a little bit of interest to your yard with an unusual touch, or even just want to create an indoor cactus/succulent arrangement, I highly highly recommend visiting ColdHardyCactus.com. If you live in the Denver metro area you can pick them up from Kelly, but he also ships them anywhere.

The plants don't look their best in the spring because they are dormant. So a beginner would likely dismiss these as dead plants for sale. I've bought many of my starter native plants here and they have matured and multiplied through the years. However, beginners can get lots of help and advice from staff. You need to overcome the expectation of wanting lush, green seedlings to take home. These plants are priced higher than those in big box stores, but they are worth it. They have been acclimated to the local conditions, outside of cozy greenhouses with built in sprinklers. They will settle well in your Rocky Mountain backyard.
