Established in 2004.
Little Easy Catering and Little Easy Express Lunches is owned and operated by Tim Woodard. Self-taught, inspired with a passion for good food, Tim offers quality plate lunches and catering at a competitive price. Before working at the University of Mississippi in Higher Education, he worked at Danver's Restaurant, Cedar's Restaurant, and Panini The Oxford Catering Company.
Meet the Business Owner: Tim W.
Coming from a long line of stellar cooks he learned how to cook from many talented relatives, respected chefs and self-study for the last 30 years. inspired with a passion for good food Tim opened Little Easy Catering and Express Lunches in 2012 where he is executive chef and lead caterer. Although, not formally trained in the culinary arts Tim has mastered many regional Southern dishes, American comfort food, and fine catering. Along with Little Easy he has cooked and managed professionally at Danver's Restaurant, Cedar's Restaurant, and Panini, The Oxford Catering Company.
