Tried this delivery service for the first time last night and I will not be using the service…read moreagain. Website is overly complicated, and the prices are higher than the restaurant ($1-2 per item, per my order). Also, the "tax/srv" charge was 25% (to my knowledge MS restaurant tax is 9%), followed by a delivery fee and a $4 processing fee. In all, including tip of $10, I spent nearly $30 for the delivery service alone, which they only had to drive 3.8 miles from the restaurant. Their 1st time user promo code doesnt work, I tried it about 5 times. My pizza took an hour to be delivered and the delivery guy had to call me 3 times for me to give him directions. The guy was a little too casual on the phone and it sounded like he had other people in his car. My food wasn't super cold by the time I got it, which is the ONLY thing I cant complain about. But for the premium cost the whole ordeal was a neadless headache. I hadn't even heard of Fetch Delivery before using it, and I'm sure that it will be soon be forgotten like it never existed at all....I mean unless over paying and long wait times is your thing. Who knows, maybe my experience was just a fluke and all the other "real" 5 star reviews are right.

At multiple points in the wedding planning process, she would not respond to emails for weeks at a time when I was really stressed trying to get the food and alcohol figured out and the contract signed. When she would finally return the email, she wouldn't be apologetic or friendly, but rather rude honestly. It was a little strange. We kinda got the vibe that this was because my wedding was on the cheaper side, so she may not have wanted to spend as much time dealing with my wedding. I got lucky and had a lot of really friendly and responsive vendors so this curt behavior may be more normal with vendors than I realized but it bothered us a lot since it was the only vendor that treated us this way. It put a big damper on the otherwise smooth wedding planning process.
