Went to Quick Fix in the mall (watch repair) - they said only a jeweler could fix it and they'd take it to one for me for $49.99 and I could pick it up in a few days if it was fixable (!?). In desperation I tried Reed's, a few stores down from them. At first they couldn't do it either and I told them that I wouldn't be upset if they had to damage it and please try again? He said "I only needed to hear that because this will take a lot of pressure." And they removed it, no damage! And wouldn't charge me a penny. They really are the nicest, warmest people, like they really cared about my little issue. I'm not a salesperson-hugging sort of person but I did. I wish I wore jewelry, they'd have my business just for being great humans. Quick Fix, on the other hand... what a ripoff. I wouldn't touch 'em with a 10 foot pole.

She took her time when going through options with the 4 C's and again, answered any and all questions we had with confidence and clarity. Even after our appointment, I had a few follow up questions and needed help clarifying a few things and details, to no surprise, Zoe responded in a timely manner and was just as thorough and helpful through email, as she was in person.
