He said "I only needed to hear that because this will take a lot of pressure." And they removed it, no damage! And wouldn't charge me a penny. They really are the nicest, warmest people, like they really cared about my little issue. I'm not a salesperson-hugging sort of person but I did. I wish I wore jewelry, they'd have my business just for being great humans. Quick Fix, on the other hand... what a ripoff. I wouldn't touch 'em with a 10 foot pole.
