Luckily, Little Crystal Bijoux is local (located near Baltimore), and if you can't make it out to the physical boutique or local pop-up events, they also have an online store (https://www.lcbjewelers.com/) where you can purchase some items; so hopefully, I'll acquire the pieces I want soon. While browsing their stall, the owners were really nice and let me try on whatever pieces I wanted, and were nice enough to give me some backstory about the store. She answered all of my questions, even offered to create some custom items for me and at the close of the sales, gift wrapped all of my purchases. Very impressive indeed. A man answered and told me he was closed bc he was sick in bed and said he should be open the next day. I asked for a price estimate on replacing a lobster clasp for a necklace. He didn't offer one but said he was the cheapest around. After reading other reviews and experiencing what I did, I'm not trying again.

I receive multiple compliments on a daily basis. We were so pleased that we went back for our wedding bands. My band is a 4 carat eternity band in platinum. We shopped around before we purchased and another jewelry store tried to sell me the same band for $3,000 more!!!!!!! We were honestly so happy that we've been back to purchase a few watches and a ring since our wedding. I'll never go to another jewelry store. You can't beat their prices, honesty and quality of service. This took me to Sergio's Fine Jewelers which is located in the Ellicott City section of Baltimore National Pike (Route 40 West). I had a very positive experience working with Carl and also Debbie Myers; I even briefly met the store's owner. We examined the 'estate jewelry' selection, which was quite nice. These are previously owned pieces that are made available for sale. I felt that we purchased an attractive piece of jewelry at a reasonable price. The store also provided appraisal services for insurance purposes. If you are shopping for jewelry, I would recommend that you stop by and review what the store has to offer. The initial person that greeted me was kind and charismatic, but once handed off to the guy that would actually help me, he examined my ring, called it a knock off, and when corrected that my husband designed the ring, he rolled his eyes and gave me a ya ok. Once rung up for getting my ring fixed I didn't feel like I had much choice. My rings were already taken and bagged up to be shipped off to wherever they outsource to. I was $165 deep. I wasn't shocked by that price, but once they gave me the itemized receipt I was. The diamond itself was $15!!! How the hell do you get to $165 from there? Swindling and being robbed in front of your face. I hate this place. I wouldn't have even gone in the first place, but there are so few trustworthy jewelers in the area. I will be looking elsewhere next time I have jewelry needs. Whatever you do, don't go there expecting to be treated with respect unless you come draped in diamonds and looking like you have a bag of cash.
