I ordered an extra most bestest thin crust pepperoni because I kept seeing how good it looked in those commercials. I have to say it was good. The pie was thin, a lil crispy, and juicy. The pie was cut in small squares and had no thick crust like the other pizzas. Plenty of cheese and pepperoni in every bite. I also loved the crust that had a buttery flavor. I've really never had an issue with Little Ceasars accept once but that was a miss communication. When they 1st opened it was easy to order, walk in and out in no time but later it did go down. I've read some of these reviews and it's alot easier and faster to order online ( like yesterday) to pick up pizza front the oven with your order # and then your off. I believe some of the staff really are clueless from the lack of training and some are rude like I seen yesterday when a customer ask the girl something and ignored him. Bought pizza tonight from this Santa Paula Little Caesars and first off, this is the 2nd time that I have been in town and tried to call to order but they don't answer their phone so I ordered through the app. I went, picked up the 3 pizzas and when I got back to my parents house I opened the Hawaiian pizza and saw that the toppings were only in the very center of the pizza and not on the rest. Visit this place so seldom and never fails to disappoint. No one has ever been nice when I've been there. It's understandable that it is a super busy night. The orders were popping out the machine nonstop. But it takes nothing to acknowledge customers walking through the door and let them know "we're not taking any walk-in orders at the moment " instead of allowing them to stand there for ever being ignored. Was not happy with the story that I heard from my wife when she went to this location with my then three year old boy who was just learning on how to go to the bathroom without pull-ups. My wife had placed her order, tipped the cashier and waited with everyone else. She saw a friend and started talking. My son came up to her and said that he had to go to the bathroom BAD! My wife excused herself from the conversation and asked the employee if she could use the restroom. The employee told her "no, I am sorry but it is only for employees." My wife explained that it was for our son who may not be able to hold it any longer and could she speak with the manager. The manager approached and my wife once again requested the use of the facility and was told no. That they could drive down the block and use another store's restroom. All the while our son, as any three year old would do under the circumstances was crying and pleading with my wife that he had to go! The employees could see this but didn't care. Even her friend thought that this was incredulous as to what was happening. Fortunately my wife had her wits to cancel the order, demand her money back including the tip to be returned to her and left. They told her that she had to wait for the other people in line first. She was so angry that she yelled at them, "...to do it now!" That our son had to go immediately and not 10 minutes after they are done taking orders. (I might've left him there to pee on their floor before we left!) They finally complied after they realized that she was serious. More than food is necessary to run a restaurant. Customer service is very important. There is Nordstrom's and then there is Little Cesar's. For the price, this is the best pizza going. The Santa Paula staff are friendly (and if I walk in with my kids, they know them, since they all went to high school together.)
