The two times I've been in here, the heating compartment has been FULL of pizzas (presumably pepperoni and just cheese), as well as many different bread bags and their dessert special for the month. You're fired! That is what I wanted to tell the associate behind the counter today. The associate stood behind the counter with over the ear headphones on, so I gave her the grace to finish her possible activity she was involved with. But, in reality, she was not handling other business while wearing headphones. Unbeknownst to me, without a welcome, or hello, or can I help you she stands there looking at me. Terrible experience Ordered a pizza, and the order taker was very unsure of what they were doing. We called back to confirm the order with the manager on duty Jay Cee ( JC ). Jay Cee, ( JC ), double checked everything with me, and thanked me for my order. Open the pizza at home and the order is not right, the butter parm crust was missing. When I called and spoke with Jay Cee ( JC ) he told me he would give me free Butter parm on my next order. In my opinion my pizza should of been remade properly for us to come pick up asap...not the next time, now. He then said for me to bring it up and we will put butter parm on it. The time to bring it home, realize its wrong, argue on the phone about a solution, return with the pizza to put butter cheese on it, then drive home to enjoy my ice cold pizza is not acceptable. My wife called back and spoke to the co- manager ( did not give his name), he again offered free butter parm on the next visit...they kept saying free when I PAID FOR IT ALREADY AND CONFIRMED THE ORDER WITH A MANAGER! Then the co-manager offered us free crazy bread... I am not hunting for free food, we just wanted what we ordered to eat for dinner MADE right. The co- manager said that would be a free pizza and thier store policy is no free pizza for butter parm not being on the pizza. I asked "What if you forgot the pepperoni? That is a topping on my pizza, would you just give me pepperoni on my next order for FREE?" He responded that he doesnt do what if's. This will be the last time we visit this location. We would love the owner to hear about our experience. We asked for the owners contact info and the co-manager explicitly stated they do not give out any contact info for the owner. I go to this Little Caesar's on a regular basis to pick up pizza for my students as part of a fundraiser. The staff and management have always been friendly and professional. The pizza is hot, fresh and well made. In the past I have had bad experiences with Hot & Ready pizzas, but I have not nothing but great experiences with this location. read more

Arrive for them to not have an order from me at all, then to make my order, charge me for PEPPERONI bread (which is 1$ more), add bacon and Italian seasoning... I wait and get my order, I looked over it and instantly knew it was wrong.... the guy offers to put more Italian seasoning... Went for an after school snack with my kids. Sogn on the door said the phone line is temporarily down due to new owners. Grabbed a Hot n Ready and some bread. My kids noticed the difference in the pizza right away. It was really good. Definitely something is different, whatever the new owners are doing I hope they continue with. Yummy! read more

I've been a fan of Little Caesars since I was little, so my rating might be a bit biased. This was my first time at this location, but the service was good, staff was friendly, and the pizza was prepared faster than the time limit they gave us. My friend was picky on her order, but they got it right. Interior was clean, but a bit cramped. No big deal. read more

When I went to pick up my pizza the man was very friendly. The breadsticks had a lot of butter and parmesan cheese which I enjoy. The pizza was delicious and better quality than I have experienced at other locations. Probably my new "go to" pizza place. read more

Went in to get a few pizzas after work, it was 4 pm. Nothing was made so I waited. The kids that worked there were very loud in the back, making noises like they were hacking clearing throat and coughing, laughing. I got really uncomfortable so I looked in the back to see what was going on. People eating over the food, hanging out and I asked the girl to come here, give me my money back. She said why? Waiting to long? I said no, to many noises back there. I meant it as was making me sick listening. Place was dirty to, sauce on the floor dried up. I called corporate and they said these acts are violations and will contact the owner. Spoke to the owner, he said will be retrained and told the rules. I suggested they don't work with food and he has a adult supervising on his team members. Other times I came home with square pizza's saturated in oil. Not made properly, he did say thank you for telling me because I didn't know this was happening. You don't know what's going on in your store?? Have got round that were rock hard, I guess old. I will go the extra mile and got to the 22 and Van Dyke store or the 24 and Shelby rd. Always had top notch service and awesome tasting pizza there. read more

I used to hate coming to this location because it of the owners, it was god awful. But since about the new year, there has been new owners and honestly these new owners rock. Make the best Italian cheese bread and round pizza I've had in ages. Really nice management as well. They really care about the customer. I call and order to have my pizza well done cause I like it a little crispy and I head over there and there they are the management and the staff they have there showing me my pizza on the pan asking politely "Mr. Fred is this well done enough Or will you like it put back in once more?" Had to return pizza twice burnt under crust 70% of the time,they don't have same prices as the other franchise a large square is 2 dollars more but each item you put on the pizza is 1.75 extra,also they have a sign (check your pizza before you leave) Red Flag. Very disappointed. read more
