Ordered two pizzas and stuffed crazy bread, the order said it would be ready by 8:01pm I placed it at 7:37pm. I arrived at the store at 7:58pm and was told by the staff that the order wasn't even in the oven yet. I said I placed it over 20 minutes ago and was told that it was going to be at least 20 minutes until ready. There was no apology offered or anything, just rude kids, who clearly don't know anything about customer service. Super disappointed that this place can't even make pizzas in a timely fashion. It's pizza not rocket science. I worked at a pizza place for 4 years and worked all the way up to a general manager position im the Bay Area of California where it was way busier than it is here, I fired employees for less. I've been to little Caesars a couple of times while Michael the manager was working. He is constantly yelling and cussing at young teenage children. Very unprofessional and if it was my child he talked to like that, we would have some issues. On top of that, Lacy another manager talks to the teenagers the same way. No respect. If you call ahead to place your order, they are GREAT at having your food ready... Reason for only 3 stars: despite popular customer items at this store, certain menu items were removed... it makes the stores diversity of food options shrink... So unless I like exactly what they have on the new consolidated menu, my only other options are driving further and paying way more... I would have no problem to pay extra for toppings available before... or an up charge for specialty sauces... But no... instead, I have to choose to go somewhere else when I want certain things... Since the menu change, my stops have reduced at least by 50%... if that's your business plan,...good for you... read more

Honest story: we are waiting for pizza, one of the big heavy sweaty pizza makers puts his hand down the back of his pants and digs at his crack. Then goes back to making pizza. I was about to explode, but a women waiting did it for me. She was the manager of a food place across the street and went ballistic on the manger of this Little Caesars. He said they don't have to wear gloves to make our food, still the guy is scratching his butt and then not washing his hands. She quoted on the health laws, yelled at him, and told them to keep her money, as there was no way she would eat a pizza there. I tell this story, because they have got to improve this, people need to know and see they make improvements, plus, this one locations, they skimp on on the pizza ingredients. read more

Placed an order yesterday through the app and paid for it. Went to the location but there was nobody inside and place was definitely not opening anytime soon. Had to wait on hold with the official customer service for half an hour just to get my order canceled. Was told I would be contacted by the owner or manger but never heard a thing. I phoned in an order earlier this week. I was told it would be about 25 minutes. It wasn't. Much longer. When I went in to pick up my order, I should've turned around and walked out since I hadn't paid yet. That place was SOOOO dirty! There were at least 25 pieces of pepperoni spread all over the floor in the food prep area in addition to cheese and other toppings. Maybe they were trying to assemble a pizza on the floor? The area they prepare the pizzas, add sauce, cheese and toppings had food all over it. Honestly it looked like a tornado went through there or there were 5 year olds working there. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in sometime. There were 2 guys working. One came up to help me and another customer. The guy in the back was yelling, "I thought you were going to answer the phone!" As he walked around not doing anything at the moment and the other guy was helping customers at that moment. As the guy was yelling that, he walked to the front and saw that his co-worker was helping customers. Did he say, "Oops, sorry!". Nope. I had offered to bring dinner to a neighbor/family. They said their small children like Little Caesars. I had offered Olive Garden but they chose Little Caesar's. If I wasn't already late in getting dinner to them, I would've just left. I should have anyway. That place is NOT fit to be making/serving food to the public. Do they EVER get inspected??? I had 3 pizzas, 2 boxes of cheesy garlic bread, an order of crazy bread and 2 cups of marinara sauce. I was balancing all of that while trying to open their difficult to open front door. Did either of the employees offer to open the door for me? Um, nope! BTW, I realized when I got home that they had charged me extra for the 2nd marinara. I hadn't asked for extra marinara, expecting to just get what came with it. I have never got the crazy bread (it was for my neighbors) so didn't know how many marinara's it came with. I like Little Caesars every once in a great while. I will NEVER, EVER go to this unsanitary location again. They seriously need to be shut down. I wholeheartedly recommend avoiding the location in White City, OR AT ALL COSTS! I don't care how hungry you are, how much you're craving Little Caesar's or that you just want something quick and cheap, it's not worth it! read more

I wouldn't even give this place and star, but Yelp forces me to put a star. Went there on my way home from work and waited there for 25 minutes!! People that came in after me, got their food before me! Not once did they apologize to me, offer me.free bread sticks or to help me to my car. Also while waiting the young guys in the back were talking about smoking weed, and yelled very loud to shut up. I found the customer service to be very unprofessional and unpleasant. The little caesers in ravenna and talmadge are ok. The problem is with the district manager named steve. He seems too think he rules everything and everyone. All I wanted was too talk too the manager and owner of the stores. He would not let me. I've been dealing with the ravenna store since they opened. HORRID ! Stopped in last night @ 9:30 pm. Picked up Hot n Ready Pizza with an order of Loaded Bites. It was old & stale and disgusting. So awful we threw it in the trash. I called the 800 number to give my opinion this morning and received a recorded message to call the manager. My main regret is that I didn't check YELP for ratings. Everyone gives Little Ceaser's Pizza bad reviews. But what they forget is that they are ordering $5 pizza. This place is doing exactly what they advertise. $5 Pizza tastes like $5 pizza. It's great for large get togethers on a budget or a simple cheap pizza. I love Little Caesers for what it is. If I want quality pizza I will go to Bobbios, but when I want pizza for a cheap price Little Ceasers is the place to go. read more
