Terrible. I rarely negative reviews because I do understand it's hard to find good help and there are situations that arise however this is the second time in a row we've had terrible service. The last time they gave our order to the wrong person and we had to wait. Today we placed an order at 3pm for a 545 pick up. 6pm rolls around and it's still not ready. I ask how much longer and they tell me 45min. I took a refund and went elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend. read more

Placed online order totalling $23 at 4:45pm with pick-up ASAP. The total was debited from my bank acct and app listed available for pick-up between 7-7:30pm. I called the listed phone number 3 times to inquire why a small order would take over 2 hrs to prepare.....no answer. I drove to the restaurant and inquired in person. The associate working the counter appeared unprepared to answer such a complex question. After she wandered around the kitchen looking at pending orders, still unable to answer my inquiry, I requested the order be canceled. Thankfully she was able to do this promptly. They canceled my order of 9 pizzas for a party I was having. It got canceled 30 minutes before I was to pick them up via email. Fortunately, I checked my email before stepping out but that left me 30 minutes to find a replacement meal. No explanation or nothing. Tried to call them and apparently they don't ever answer their phone.. I ordered this online earlier in the day so they had plenty of time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This location was catering a school party for us, and we had purchased 25 pizzas. They sent a delivery person there and then canceled the order 3 MINUTES BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. They left us in a huge mess and turned off their phone for the rest of the night. Fresh off a haircut next door, we stopped in to pick up some food to take home- and it was actually worth it. The place is simple and clean- there are a couple of seats to wait in, a little pinball-like game that costs a quarter a play but gives you some of the best bouncy balls out there (at least according to my niece), and the counter itself. There's no place to simply sit down and eat, though. If you're looking for that kind of experience, head for Amore's or Pizza Hut- or if the weather is nice, find a local park or just take it home. Little Caesars is more of the style of pizza joint where you stop in, pick up a pre-made hot pizza and bread, and then head on out. They'll make other pizza kinds of you order, but I don't know if you can just get pizza to order anymore. We picked up a pepperoni and a pair of orders of crazy bread, along with sauce- even if you don't buy an order of bread, I still recommend a bit of sauce with your order- dip your crusts into it! ...I will admit to being absolutely crazed for Crazy Bread- there's nothing better than an order of it hot and fresh out of the oven with a container of sauce. It makes a filling snack, or you can split it with someone else with a couple of drinks. Is it the absolute best pizza? Not really, but it's good if you want pizza but don't feel like waiting for delivery- and you can't beat five bucks for a pizza, yeah? read more

They should call it 'sometimes hot and never ready' Don't bother ever going between 5-6:00 p.m. and expect ANYTHING to be hot or ready, 3 times in the past three weeks their warming cabinets are empty and there is a 10 min wait for a fresh pizza at 5:30 p.m. Terrible terrible follow through and never ready products. Every single time I have went to this location (5 times to be exact) my order is wrong. The first 4 times I called in my pizza and they got it wrong every single time. Was in the store at 5:45 on Tuesday February 20 2018 and I wanted a deep dish, none was ready. I didn't have time to wait for it, settled for the regular pepperoni. This is the busy time for the ready to go I think they should of had some ready. Also it is very discussing to see a worker of food wearing his pants down around his knees with his underwear hanging out. The Paw Paw Little Caesars is the worst ever! Almost every time I go there, something is wrong! They need to actually open up the boxes and make sure the pizza is what you ordered before giving it to you. Several times I have driven home and opened up boxes and either not what I ordered or terribly burnt pizzas. Today I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 crazy breads..got home and one box was a cheese pizza and one was pepperoni and my crazy bread not cooked all the way through.
