While the management has made efforts to install sound baffles and other acoustic treatments, by the time the lunch crowd had filled the restaurant, our table of four had gotten to the point of shouting to hear each other. More work needs to be done to "quieten the room". Two, the male and female restrooms only allow one person to use them at a time, resulting in at times people standing in line behind the reception desk. And should one of them need some "quality time" in the loo, then others just go waiting. This is an architectural flaw in the plans used to build the facility. And three, there is no obvious way to get a wheelchair into the restaurant as there are steps at the main entrance and no signs directing disabled customer enter through the chained off patio around the corner of the building. I am surprised this passed the ADA compliance part of a building inspection.
