I guess you could say the best pizza around here.is Little Caesar's. When you order they are prompt, the pizza is always "hot and ready" when they say. Easy to pick up. (never tried delivery so I can't speak to that) The pizza is larger than most other places, and they are generous with their toppings. In other words you get more bang for your buck... I'm speaking only about the one in Linden, but I would assume most would be about the same. read more

Young chubby girl in booty shorts needs to check her attitude with customers. We ordered three different kinds of breadsticks and apparently you get one sauce for all 3. Not to mention we paid for the one sauce and they usually GIVE you one but today the girl was acting like little Caesars charges her $4079206 out of her paycheck for that sauce. Pizza wasn't cut correctly, was barely cut at all. We won't be back to this location. This is more than once this girl has treated us this way. read more

We've been going to this location for 2 years, and although it's a decent franchise location, it has increasingly become more deceptive with an apathetic attitude that will have us avoiding the location for awhile. Previous issues: A few of the Extra Most Bestest pizzas we've purchased have had a surprisingly less amount of pepperoni and cheese than advertised. With the toppings an inch or more from the edge, that makes for a rather large crust. To their credit, they've remade it the few times we've noticed it in-store, but the other times, we were already at home when we noticed the lack of ingredients. We've come to expect that the overall quality of the product is a roll of the dice and have accepted i because of the price. However, we won't be back for awhile after what happened this past weekend. Background: I placed an order for an Extra Most Bestest pickup on Saturday, 6/9 at 8:40pm. I was quoted 20 min until it was ready, and walked through the door at 9pm. I pay for the order, overhear that they sold my order to the previous customer, and am told that I would have to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. I confirmed what I had heard and requested/received a refund. Issue: Increasingly deceptive business practices. They accepted the transaction before I overhear secondhand that they had sold my pizza to the previous customer. I understand that it was an hour before closing time on a Saturday night, but the staff cleaning behind the counter couldn't have been more apathetic. Couple this with having to accept the inconsistency of ingredients of the Extra Most Bestest and management's apathy are why I'll go to other locations or visit other eateries in the area in lieu of this location. read more

Drove 5 miles to pick up pizza. Had to order special for my wife, so I had to phone order. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni for myself and they gave me a regular mushroom. I called and they told me i could drive back and they would give me the correct one. No thank you! I am not planning on investing 20 miles into a pizza. I appreciate the great customer service, not! We always order pizza from here but this particular time - customer service was not good. We ordered one deep dish and two crazy breads. I got home only to have my kids inform me that Little Caesars forgot to give us the pizza dipping sauce. I then got back in the car and went back up to the restaurant and I decided to take the bread with me in hopes they'd apologize for forgetting to give me the sauce. When I walked in the young lady at the register said, "yes I'm sure that's ok but let me ask my manager." The manager came out, Evan, and he said, "so you want free bread?" I continued to let him know that, "no I don't want free bread. But I would now like fresh bread since I've had to come back up here for sauce that should have been given to me in the first place." He did not agree. Good customer service would have just said, "of course - here's a couple fresh breads for you and your family - I apologize for not having it in your order-- have a merry Christmas." I have been going to this Little Caesars for almost 5 years, it is dirty and the employees never last more than two weeks! How do I know this? I used to go once a week, but I am lucky if I go once a month. I cringe when I have to go in, because I know they will mess up something as simple a $5 pizza. They are called Hot n' Ready not Hot and Wait. They lie about wait times and the product is good one time and terrible the next. My last pizza had pepperoni on the crust, because the just threw them on the pizza. Don't know how to cut a pizza into slices either. The customers act like it is their personal menu and stand there and request stuff that is not on the menu. Order of the menu and let the next person order. This place is one huge Cluster! Avoid this place unless you are craving pizza and go (1) one time a month. Owner is useless and never deals with any customer problems. read more

Every single time I come here the employees are rude. Except the one who is older than most of the teens working. There is one girl, with brown hair, who by far is one of the most rude people I've ever met. Never hear, "Hey, how are you?" Or "Have a good day" just "What can I get you?" No smiles or anything. Drives me nuts. They need some training on manners. read more

Best Little Ceasers pizza I've maybe ever had..everything was perfect from the toppings to the length of time baked.

About 4 years ago, found a long blond hair BAKED in the cheese. Went back up there, at my expense, to show them and the person in charge told me how did he know it didn't come from me. WTF??? It was baked in, and no blondes in my house. For $5 dollars, he argued with me on giving money back, especially since it was half eaten. If course it was, we didn't find hair until half eaten! I really wanted to punch him in the stupid face!!!!! Banned this place until just recently.....needed a quick pizza, but hated myself for it! read more

Horrible staff and customer service! Every time I've come here they've made a mistake with my order! Once, they even gave my order away to a friend that stopped in to see them, after I had already waited 15 minutes for them to make it! The food is good but the customer service is so bad I won't be returning again. The owner should really consider "cleaning house" and hire a whole new crew! read more

Be prepared for your credit card to be declined. Every time I've been in there they decline my card when it's a clear problem with their limping credit card processor. The last few times I was in there the girl said she was having issues getting the machine to read a card. This particular time the guy said he's never seen it do that when there really wasn't insufficient funds. Also, barely any of their menu board is priced, so you have to ask what this and that costs. They just hope you'll add stuff without asking what the prices are. Third, the crazy bread is supposed to come with marinara included. I was even told it did. I asked for two additional garlic cream cheese dips and did not get the marinara. Then he looked at me like I was crazy as the bread I was buying. Not wanting to argue and waste time with a guy who clearly fits the average pizza guy role, I left. Ain't nobody got time to debate what is what when it comes to a Not and Ready pizza. McDonalds is right across the road. They're food is priced. read more
