The service is always good and friendly. But their deep dish pizzas are always, every time poorly made. The whole Reason we order the deep dish is for the crust. It's never done properly at this location. I've even contacted corporate on this issue a couple of times. I've never received a response. So I'll not be ordering from this location. read more

This place has the worst staff on earth. Why...WHY dose the owner not fire this unpleasant and unprofessional staff is beyond me. I had an order for 1 pepperoni pizza and an order bread sticks! 25 minutes I waited for this order because I ask how long they thought it would be. In the meantime other customers are walking in ordering and leaving in just a minute or two. The ladies in the back were back there talking in Spanish " screw him make him wait longer" oh I should add I'm bilingual and understood you! Come to find out the main unprofessional lady.... was the manager on duty. Look, I don't expect good pizza here. I come in to get some pizza if I need to quickly feed my kids and their friends cheaply. Every time I come here I scold myself for believing the "Hot and Ready" ads. They never have pizzas ready. Which is fine, but then change your ad. Also, the person taking my order says it will be a 4-6 minute wait for more order and it is usually over a 10 minute wait. Invariably, I would have been time and money ahead stopping at Fred Meyer, buying some frozen pizzas, and throwing them in the oven. I swear to remember next time. read more

Ordered my pizza online for #280886, I show up to pick up my pizza tell the cashier I am here to pick up my order tell her my name is showing my pizza is ready but no pizza in my slot, she says to wait til it's ready, wait 15 minutes go back she ask for my order I tell her, I punch in my code she moves my pizza from one slot to another...they put my pizza in the wrong slot. No apology, nothing just ran to the back. Thanks for the inconvenience of ordering online. If I could give 0 stars I would. I agree with the other customers whom have left a bad review for this POOR EXCUSE OF THE LITTLE CAESARS BRAND! The store was dirty, the staff were absolutely the WORST, INCONSIDERATE, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDEST AND INEFFICIENT group of workers I've EVER experienced. I placed an order by phone and I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I gave them 25 min. After waiting 6 minutes for the cashier to stop gossiping with her peer, and help me, there was no order for me.She said there was no order taken by phone from any of their staff. They kept insisting I called a different location. I did not call the wrong location. I offered to prove it to them by showing them the phone number and time stamp of when I called.They refused to acknowledge it. They never said sorry, nor offered to place a new order, nothing! The cashier just looked at me she didn't know what the heck to do, and no one was showing up to help her. My husband asked HER politely, if he could speak with the manager. SHE said they didn't have one. He asked for a lead, SHE responded "for what?". So, since the most of staff were Spanish speaking, my husband spoke to them in Spanish hoping they would act appropriately. Yes, my husband and I are Hispanic and we speak fluent Spanish. Finally, after 5 minutes of drilling down to who the manager was, some Rude hispanic woman appeared from the back with a mad ugly face, the kind that only a mother can love, looking like she was ready to bark at us for interrupting her gossip session with her peers. She rudely mouthed out "what do you f***ing want?" in Spanish. Everyone was in shock! UNBELIEVEABLE! She was raping everyone's ears with her foul language. She was so out of line, and didn't even give a rat's ass about her poor service and her disrespectful attitude as she proceeded to tell my husband to f*ck off, that he doesn't know what he's talking about, and that she doesn't care if any of these miserable customers have to say about her service. She doesn't care if they lose business because she's the manager. She can't even be half of what it takes to call herself a manager. She's a poor excuse for a manger on duty. My advice to YOU the customer is ; Don't ever come here. Save yourself the drama and go anywhere else! This place doesn't deserve your money. I came for a late diner with my friend and while we were waiting for our pizza and angry man came into the store. He ordered his food and stormed in and out several times. At one point he came in and yelled back "hey ladies is my pizza done yet? It's been fifteen minutes." It had only been six and the man was extremely rude to the crew. This place is QUICK...you have a so-so pizza that's $10 and be out in 5mins. The parking lot is mess as is the location but getting pizza this quick and cheap in FG/Cornelius is hard to do. Moto pizza is pretty close to Casears but not quite the same stuff I grew up with. read more

I came in shortly before 8pm and ordered a deep dish pepperoni and was told 10 minutes no biggie i prefer hot. I got pizza drove 5 minutes home got pizza on my plate started eating it only to have the dough not fully cooked. Had to finish baking in my own oven. read more
