First of all there were no hot and ready pizzas to be seen. Second, no one in the entire staff was wearing a mask. Third the boy making pizzas and touching the drive-through window and computer was not washing his hands before going back to tossing the pizza dough on the counter in front of me. Next, I waited for 10 minutes for my pizza to be made, and then after getting home, and eating two pieces and three wings, I found this bone of chicken with a giant bite taken out of it in the shape of a human mouth. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I am now sitting here holding a piece of chicken that has been eaten already. When I called the manager to express my concern, the manager told me I was wrong and that chicken just "looks like this quote. When I asked what was going to be done about this problem, the manager told me that there was nothing he could do because he trusted his staff. I sent him a picture of this chicken, and he still Said that all chicken wings looks like this. I asked him if he had been living under a rock because it was clear that these were bite marks with teeth imprints on the chicken. At any other time this would have been considered just a stupid prank by kids, but right now it's fucking terrifying, and completely inappropriate, and I am absolutely in shock that the manager treated me the way he did. When I asked if there were cameras on site I was told that only the owner was allowed to look at them and when I ask them if they would review the cameras they started to ignore me out right so I am now here Writing this so that other people can protect themselves from the stupid individuals who would rather cover their own ass then make up for their drastic mistake. 100% horrible customer service and one ridiculously ignorant manager. Do not go here, spend the extra four dollars on good pizza that is made with care, a mask, and competent individuals. You had your shot Little Caesars. read more
