Did a phone order. Their tracking system is excellent. When I got to the store my pizza was in a heated vending machine type of cabinet. A code is Emailed and when entered a door swings open s and you take your pizza. Pretty cool. My order was for a deep dish Detroit style deep dish pizza with sausage and pepperoni toppings. It was ordered well done to avoid a doughy pizza. The pizza was pretty good for a chain. Some of the pepperonis were over cooked probably because the pizza was ordered well done. This is a quick stop for fresh warm pizza. I always order at the store , that way it is always very hot and is just right by the time I get home. They often are so kind to bring it to my car for me, as I do walk with a cane. I don't ask for this service but they are very thoughtful. We do enjoy the spiciness of the sauce and seasonings but I must remember to tell them light on the sauce or they do get heavy handed with it. The pizza bread is wonderful, to me almost better than pizza. The Fruitland Park store is a busy stop, handy for those who must get gas, etc next door at the Circle K, something from Family Dollar while you wait or even post a letter. It is a small tidy store, colorful, drink cases are full, and they seem to remember my name and favorites, which is amazing. Overall, it is a solid 4* stop, dependable and serves great pizza. read more

I ordered a large two topping pizza for delivery. When it arrived, the toppings were only on half the pizza. I immediately called the store and the response was (1) "the computer" says I asked for toppings on only half (I didn't see any option of that kind on their online menu) and (2) the phone was laid down, and, at this writing, I have been waiting on hold for over 36 minutes, with no offered resolution of the issue. Apparently they've just decided to wait me out until I go away! Follow-up to my initial review: after leaving me hanging on the phone for an hour and 39 minutes, they finally just hung up on me. I ordered cheese pizzas ahead of time, pretty basic. When I got there, not only were they not ready, I was told everyone was in a meeting and the front counter lady was by herself. 30 minutes later still not done and apparently the meeting was still going on as the waiting area filled up. I really understand that its a cheaper fast pizza service but I really wish they had the decency to answer the phones to call ahead of time. My girlfriend tried to call 2 times on our way home from being out to have it ready no answers so we stop in and she goes in and orders the pizza all the staff is just sitting around eating, no motivation to do anything, and letting the phone just ring. So being the guy i am I called another 4 times from the privacy of my car and watching inside and on the first two, not a single employee jumped from the leaning post. First two went straight through and my third one got some womans attention only for her to pick up the receiver and hang up the phone but leave the phone from the hook so no other calls could go through. I totally get cheap pizza being poorly run but 2 hours before closing and everyones hanging out do your job people. read more

This place is great. I'm happy with the service especially at this time. It's a shame that out of towners want places like they have "up north". This place is exceptional. Great pizza and a great price. I have never experienced any problem whatsoever when getting my pizza. read more

Pizza Five Stars - Great bargain generally a pretty darn good pizza for the price, can't go wrong. Customer Service One Star I stopped in at 11:15 am on 8/17/20 at the Fruitland Park Little Caesars. Ordered a pepperoni pizza which was already hot and in the oven. My server which I think her name was Cindy, wearing no mask, rang it on the credit card machine, and the machine just kept saying processing for five minutes. I was getting impatient and asked her what was going on and she says I don't know it's processing. The whole time she was on her iPhone playing games and surfing the Internet. Finally she told me to take my credit card out and she took the credit card machine apart and unplug two plugs and plugged them back in and it finally work. Once my order was Complete I asked her if I could get a hot pizza, she said well they're all made at the same time, I said this is been sitting out now for over five minutes. She grumbled and got me a hot pizza. She needs help on Customer service, very poor! She was short and a little overweight no name tag is my description of her. Last...I received a notice from my credit card company that I was charged twice for the pizza, manager Bobby, took care of me and apologized for the incident! read more

Little Ceasars, you have cut way back on your pizza. I thought I was eating a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Your crust was not soft, had very little sauce on it and very dry. I don't know what you are doing but you need to go back to your old way. It almost taste like you make them way ahead of time and just add topping later. Yuck! Did call ahead a big order and after waiting over half hour was about to say enough. Never had this problem at a different location. We won't do this again. Got home with my pizzas and they were great. Sort of mellows my experience to OK read more
