Great bar area and high tops at angles with their own TVs at the end. Quick service. Nice servers. Great sauce options. They have ranch flight. Love that. Had the pretzel bites with beer cheese to start. I love beer cheese and this was some really good beer cheese. I got the Buffalo Mac n cheese with mild sauce. It was delicious. My husband got 10 traditional wings with hot honey garlic. Really good sauce. Has a kick but it's worth it. MIL got the buffalo chicken sandwich. She enjoyed it. The curly fries were crispy and delicious. Our one nephew got the chicken wrap and said there needed to be little bit better of a ratio with the chicken vs the veggies/toppings but the sauce was really good. He got honey bbq. The other nephew got the BDF fries. He devoured them. The regular ranch was really good.

I ordered a pick up order through the phone, asked SPECIFICALLY THREE times if they had large to-go drinks and I'd like a large drink to go. I got there, get my food, and get a very small to go pop. I look confused and looked at the bartender lady with her slick back braid, and told her I had asked for a large, do they not have large? She told me that if I ordered online this is the regular drink that comes with the order. I didn't order online, I called. She repeated three times. Happened today at 4:00ish. She was the only lady behind the bar, but her attitude alone makes me never want to come back again on top of the cold wings and cold fries I received as well, thankfully she got me a bigger cup, but made the same comment again. That is not how you treat someone who asked over the phone more than twice. Mind you I'm a new mom, just trying to find a minute to eat some food I enjoy, for rude service and cold food, can affect peoples day more than you think.

They have a "hand tossed" option that seems to come close to an actual pizza pie. But there's way too much crust and the toppings are ridiculously skimpy. They sometimes have to be reminded this one is supposed to be cut into slices. On the bright side - they offer the absolute BEST chicken wings in the area. Moist, meaty, big, and a generous portion. We get ours naked with a side of ranch. They are consistently excellent. They also have a pretty comforting spaghetti and meatballs dish (or spaghetti only). The salads are terrible though so don't waste your money adding that. The employees are generally pretty nice. They often seem understaffed. There is a lot of seating available if you want to eat in, and they offer beer along with Pepsi products.

This restaurant is really convenient since it was right across the parking lot from the Hampton Inn we stayed at. Nice crunchy and salty exterior with a soft bread interior. You may select 3 from their 4 sauce offerings for dipping. We chose the beer cheese, nacho cheese, and brew pub mustard. Mustard was sweet, which was OK, but we were hoping for something leaning more into the spicy zone. The four of us ate maybe 2/3rds of it before our meals arrived. Very different from anywhere else I have seen and would definitely consider again. -Wife and I shared a 12" Veggie Pizza ($19.95 on menu, but noticed we were charged $9.25 on receipt) that looks like a Pizza King pizza, but is much heavier. It was generously loaded with cheese in addition to mushroom, onion, green pepper, and olive. We ate a little more than half of it. Absolutely would consider ordering this again. -Father-in-law ordered the Fish Sandwich (12.95), which is advertised as an 8" filet served on a hoagie bun. It looked all of that size when it came out and he seemed to enjoy it. He took half of it home. CONS: -Acoustics in the main dining area can make it difficult to have a conversation at your table. -Father-in-law asked if we could eat in the sun-room space, due to his hearing aids, but he was told it was reserved for 4 hours later that afternoon, so we were seated in the main area. (Discouraged as we saw a family seated in the sun-room space an hour later after the main area had mostly filled.) -[*I didn't learn about most of this until afterwards, otherwise I probably would have said something.]. Daughter ordered the Chicken Wrap Dinner Special ($10.95), which can be ordered grilled or breaded (she ordered grilled), came with cheddar cheese, shaken in choice of sauce (she ordered buffalo), and is served with fresh chips and cole slaw. The cole slaw is mayo-based instead of vinegar as she was hoping. Her chips, while to their credit were freshly made, were not completely finished as several of them were still raw. She said there was no buffalo flavor to her chicken and it just tasted blah. On top of that, she felt miserable the rest of the day, so we're questioning the handling of the chicken. OVERALL: -Only initial hiccup was where we were seated, so I would have leaned more towards a 4.5 star review. After learning about the multiple issues with my daughter's experience, would probably lean more 3.5 for our family as a whole. Bottom line, would return and order the pretzel, pizza, and other sandwiches, but stay away from the chicken options and perhaps make sure they finish preparing the chips if you get them.

With emails to read, games to play and reviews to write, time goes by quick. I just don't think fried chicken lends itself to a "fast" food model, and the chances are high of getting pieces that have been sitting under the heat too long if you're driving through and want the food in 90 seconds.
