The two guys working during freeze fest 2026 were amazing. While other places to eat closed early they put out a product that was the best I ever had. They become overwhelmed with large door dash & those like them but never missed a beat. Yea my wait time was longer than anticipated but watching these young guys maintains professional work ethic made this momma proud. read more

The past three times coming here around 4-4:30 the pizza place is not prepared for the normal rush. The workers are scrambling to get everything as people are ordering. With a signature hot n ready, they were far from ready. The wait has been 20 + minutes with the longest of wait being just under a 40 minute wait. read more

I deliver Ubereats and know someone that delivers for DoorDash and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LITTLE CAESAR'S. When you walk in one of the guys who has a lined out beard, long hair in a ponytail and tattoos always has his headphones in and is extremely rude to everyone that walks in. Even laughs at everyone when they walk in and are swamped busy. People get so mad and irritated and he starts laughing at them. They make you wait 30 minutes to an hour and just don't seem to care about the customers business. We are just pick up drivers but have had to sit there for long periods of time for one pizza and breadsticks. It's soooo very unprofessional and drivers are also losing money because we could've delivered 2-3 more orders by the time we get that one out. read more

I want to preface this by saying I absolutely love Little Caesars pizza. Unfortunately time and time again I give the Azle franchise a chance hoping for the service and quality to be better and I ALWAYS end up disappointed. The service is terrible, the staff tends to be lazy and apathetic, my order is once again wrong and to get things fixed you have to jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops. I think I finally give up. Azle Little Caesars you worked hard to lose my business and you have now succeeded. Please avoid this place like the plague, otherwise you will waste your time and money. As an addition to this fun little adventure, I called their customer service hotline to explain the situation and was repeatedly hung up on, looks like I'm going to have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Once again folks I strongly urge you to avoid this location, visit the Lake Worth location instead. read more

Call ahead and there's never a wait! Pizzas are great and crazy cheap. I've never had a problem with the pizza, the wait or the crew when I'm in town. Keep up the good work fellas! read more

Little Caesar's Azle is the absolute worst! The manager is a young woman who although is a hard pizza worker does not have the maturity to be in the management position. Waited for four simple pizzas for one hour ten minutes in the middle of the day on a weekday. They kept messing up people's orders. I was not upset about the long time frame as I am upset that three people were working and not one of them had the decency to tell me hey your order is going to take over an hour. I asked for the general manager's information she refused to give it to me, claiming she is the only manager. I asked for the owner's information she refused to give me the owners name or number. I asked for corporates information. She said if I want that I can look online. This is the individual Azle little Caesar's chooses to have represent them. It's clear why they always have change in staff at that location. You need to hire mature adults in a management position. She kept saying I am an adult I am 24, I am 24. An adult doesn't repeat that. An adult finds a solution to the issue. It's ridiculous! read more

The pizza here is really good. That said, the menu inside does not show list all items or pricing. Store staffed with kids who don't care. They blast music loudly, throw stuff around in the back. This location is always out of vegetables making a vegi pizza or supreme impossible. Hot n ready pizza never ready. But like I said, the pizza does taste good. read more

Only two chairs available as I stand here with seven other people wait for their food. Teenagers that run the place COMPLAIN that you're watching them make you pizza.
