There were many incidents that occurred that should've not happened while working with them. I came to Et Cetera with my wedding invitations already designed so all I really wanted their help with was paper and printing. Brittany did a great job on finding a particular kind of paper that I wanted but unfortunately she didn't actually order them until way later than she was suppose to. So this pushed back the time that the invites were sent out. They printed the mailing address on the envelopes for me which was great but there were many mistakes. 5 of the envelopes had the completely wrong address. I sent an excel sheet of the names and addresses and it seemed like the names and addresses got mixed up along the way and they got sent back to me. One envelope didn't even have an address on it. I gave that back to Et Cetera and they said it would be resolved but the individual never got his invite. They sent the invites for me which was really nice but so many did not get delivered. I understand that this might not have been their fault but I personally had to reach out to every single person I invited and make sure they got their invite and over 30 families did not. I was really disappointed in their service and the fact that they never recognized their faults or when they did never properly handled them. Friends/brides who were using them at the time also vented about their poor service. I would never recommend this place to a bride. **they hired another girl due to their inabilities to serve brides properly. I really hope their service and quality has improved since.
