My child was there for about 5 weeks, first payment was in the middle of the month. A few days into the next month, I emailed them asking when I should make the next payment and brought up their questionable food. No response... A few days later I get an email saying my baby was terminated effective immediatey DUE TO NON-PAYMENT. I screen shot and attached my previous email where I asked when to make payment and sent the funds right then. we were turned away at the door the next morning. I tried calling, sent more emails requesting an urgent response. Nothing. After calling and more emails then finally sent the money back, but never responded. Keep in mind, we were only few days late on said payment. The food posted is NOT what they actually give. They make is sounds much better then what's actually given. it's all crackers, breads, RICE WITH GRAVY and the only fruit they provide are bananas. No wonder so many parents had to pack their kids lunch. Its terrible. Some of the teachers were good, but not all. I would see kids crying, with little comfort from providers. kids would dried snot on their faces and crying. Looking back, and now at an amazing daycare, we can see just how horrible SouthFork daycare is. Taking your kids here is a disservice, with so many other great options.

The key word being "love"…read more There is a lot of love at this place and I have always felt that they are providing more than the basic necessities for my kids; they also provide them with love and nurturing. We attempted to move my younger child to a different location when our older child aged out of Cambridge ... we only lasted 3 weeks until we moved him back to Cambridge. For us Cambridge is worth every penny and every minute extra that it takes us to do two drop offs. What is also notable about Cambridge is its consistency. They have very little staff turnover. It is mostly the same group of staff as it was 5 years ago when we started there. There is also consistency in the children present. While families do come and go, for the most part both of my kids have had a very consistent group of kids throughout their time at Cambridge, in other words there are a lot of other families who are happy here too!

This daycare is filled with really caring employees, there are two outdoor areas that the kids alternate in playing in. during the summer, they take the kids out for walks and to the park daily. My son has been on so many field trips this summer, the legislative buildings, the farmers market, the police station and the splash park to name a few. They host shuttle pickups for kids in elementary school and well no daycare is perfect, really am so happy with this one for my five-year-old. would recommend!!

Also they released our daughter to someone that didn't show ID and wasn't on the emergency contact list. This ended up being okay and this person was authorized by the parents to pick her up but it made us question if our daughter was safe in their care. When it was brought up with the owner she lied and then proceeded to argue in front of the other kids. Everything is so hectic and there doesn't seem to be any structure - just craziness. Our daughter told us she ate hotdogs for three days in a row. Due to the trust lost we pulled her out (didn't give 30 days notice obviously) and they still charged us for the daycare fees regardless of them breaking daycare policy and regulations. Hopefully this changes but I wouldn't recommend it right now as it is.

September 10, 2013 I…read morerecently had two children at the daycare Centre and I read on the internet some very poor opinions of past parents that I do not agree with. I know that the owner of the daycare is very helpful and fair individual and though she seems to be some what forceful, she also must make sure that staff and parents follow some kind of order. I was very happy with the care of my children. They were well fed with snacks morning and afternoon plus of course the lunches they come with. The children may seem like they are let run with out any supervision (not true) children who do not run around at a daycare must feel like prisoners. They are well and professionally cared for by all the staff.
