My 3 year old struggled with naptime and has issues with comprehension and is speech delayed. The director tried to tell me that I could maybe bring him a couple days during spring break and that she would discuss summer break with me at another time, because I wouldn't be able to bring him throughout that break as well. I was baffled and close to tears. I am paying a ridiculous amount in childcare, for you to tell me you cannot handle my toddler because of his difficulty with sleeping and comprehension, so I'm not allowed to bring him during the days I need childcare the most. I had no other choice than to pull him, which I'm pretty sure is what the director was aiming for, and try to find another daycare. Luckily I was able to find another daycare in town that has been amazing with my son and has worked so well with him and all of his Stride teachers. Kiddie Kollege is complete GARBAGE. Do not let the clean facility and quiet environment fool you. I could have saved myself the money and trouble completely if I had read some of the reviews, especially the ones about the directors. Look over reviews through every site as well. I do not want any other parent or child to have to go through something like this.
