She, and the entire staff, met with us several times, spoke with us on the phone, and answered questions promptly. She gave us advice and suggestions but never pushed us into anything. She really made it OUR wedding, and every last detail was perfect. The planning and booking process went great and we absolutely fell in love with the venue. The scheduled meetings were informative, helpful and always organized. The actual wedding was the absolute day of our dreams. We showed up with the decorations and when the wedding took place and I saw how everything was set up, we were impressed, it was so beautiful. It did rain a little and even that was handled professionally and quickly moved indoors. The photos are beautiful and I wish we could re-live that day again and again. I was wrong, Pam and her team did so much more than I could have accomplished that I would highly recommend her services even if a coordinator was not required. Pam worked tirelessly coordinating all our vendors prior to the day and on the day. She made sure the day went perfect, and kept everyone on a timeline to ensure we were able to fit in all the activities/photos etc. that we wanted. Pam also went above and beyond smoothing out those last-minute glitches ensuring that our guests only saw a seamless perfect ceremony and reception. Most importantly and certainly the most work, Pam made sure all the items that we brought and those that we wanted to save from the special day were safely stowed and put in our car for the easiest exit ever!! When I came back to put a deposit down they said there were no available positions. We thought that was odd that they could fill up so fast within an hour, we had my mother call to ask if there was a spot open for a 4 yr old girl. They said they did. When I confronted the owner Marie, she dodge the question and hung up on me. When I called her back she denied the interaction even though I was listening to the call. I understand daycare should be able to choose the children they want in their care, however, the lies and the dodging of questions is not professional and it makes you wonder what else they lie about.
