Inez is the real deal, y'all! Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, refine your…read morenutrition or all of the above, Fit-Nez can help! Prior to working with Inez, I had never worked with a trainer, coach or nutritionist. But after a year primarily in quarantine, I just wasn't feel great after such a long period of a mostly sedentary lifestyle and months spent in sweatpants. So after reading all of the reviews and doing my research, I stepped out of my comfort zone and reached out. Inez was quick to respond to my inquiry and provided detailed information about services offered and price points. I was a little hesitant at first not really knowing what pricing norms were in this world, but ultimately knew that I would be paying for a high quality experience from an individual with a wealth of knowledge and motivation style that I connected well with. So I signed up for a 12 week gold package and committed to a customized fitness and nutrition plan based on the goals that I identified for myself and in tandem with our first assessment. To be honest, I was terrified. Raising your hand and asking for help requires a certain level of vulnerability. But so does being weighed, measured and posing for progress pics in an old bathing suit when you're already not feeling at your best. (Seriously, the terror!) But Inez has a way of making you feel as comfortable as possible in these moments. I'm a very sensitive person, so I was worried that there would be certain descriptors or language used during my assessment that could be triggering but there was none of that. She's as professional as they come, has worked with all kinds of bodies and approaches it all as a science. She's free of judgement and is just going about her work so that she can devise a plan that works best with all the data points available. Over those three months, I would have weekly check-ins via phone. Although they were quick, they worked perfectly because all I needed was 15 mins. But it was nice to know that if I had any questions or was feeling frustrated during a week when I didn't see the scale move, Inez always had encouraging words. And these are not empty words. She not there to tell you you're doing great when you're not. But if she knows you're putting your best foot forward, she'll be there to get you to your next progress point. She's truly invested and wants her clients to be their best, so she gives her very best. But as a client, you've got to do the work and follow the plan. I also had to fill out a weekly update sheet with my own weekly weigh-ins and reflection points. Inez told me that if I followed the plan to 90% compliance, that I would meet all of my goals. And just like a science, it could not have been more accurate. The choices you make on your own, your workouts ...they all tell the story in your assessments. So if you try to take shortcuts or cheat the system, you'll only be cheating yourself. More than anything else though, Inez helped me to shift my mentality. Its not just about losing a few lbs, it's how to embrace a healthier lifestyle. It's not about depriving your body, it's about nurturing your body. So much of what I gained from working with Inez was a shift in perspective as well as the empowerment that comes from realizing that you do have the ability to control so much if you prioritize it. I also booked a few personal training sessions with Inez which was also a first for me. I've seen a lot of trainers stand around at the gym and bark orders while they gaze at their phone, which was so off-putting. But training with Inez was awesome! Thirty minutes would fly by and I always felt perfectly challenged - mentally and physically engaged. I grew up playing sports my entire life, so I do know what I respond to best when it comes to pushing myself and Inez has it! She's the perfect balance (for me) of tapping into that deeper, inner motivation that inspires you to give your best. She's not barking commands, and yelling "30 more seconds" because you broke form. That's not motivating to me. Instead, she's right there with telling you that you've got this, assessing and correcting your form while observing your natural tendencies. She's just the best! Obviously, by now you can tell that I strongly would recommend working with Inez but I also encourage you to be honest with yourself before you reach out. If you're looking for shortcuts or have a tendency to make lots of excuses, there may not be a fit. But if you know you'll give it your best and remain honest and coachable then you'll make progress and Inez will be right by your side through the ups and downs. Although I've completed my 12 week program this will not be the end of me working with Inez. My goals will continue to evolve and I look forward to working with her in those next iterations. But I can tell you that working with Inez is money well spent and an experience that I'm so grateful for!

But I've gained so much more than just that these past three months. I didn't treat myself very well before starting her plan and now I treat myself the way I deserve. Rebecca is leading me on a journey to do just that. She identified my core problems with food, mainly that I was prone to over-restricting (and therefore under-eating) with intermittent binges. Until Rebecca identified my emotional eating habits, I did not realize that I was using food to stifle difficult feelings. Now Rebecca is working with me to help me get in touch with my "intuitive eater." My only regret is that I did not have time for more sessions this summer, since I will be returning to school soon. But Rebecca has promised to stay in touch via email, Skype, and phone, and after only a week away she has stayed true to her promise. Rebecca can help you get to the bottom of your problems with food, and she will guide you in developing a lifestyle plan that works for you and your body. I really could not be happier with this experience.

I had just been diagnosed with "silent reflux" (aka LPR - laryngopharyngeal reflux) which made my nose stuffy on one side and caused my asthma to flare up. I couldn't take any of the reflux medications my doctor prescribed because of serious side effects, so I was going through 1-2 bottles of Pepto Bismol each week. I had lost a lot of weight over a short period of time and weighed less than 100 pounds. I was also having daily panic attacks and my blood pressure was high, even though I had been taking blood pressure medication for about a year to lower it. I was in pain and afraid, and didn't know which way to turn, when my sister recommended Nour to me, saying that Nour had helped her with her digestive issues. I was amazed at how quickly Nour's program helped me. I took my last dose of Pepto Bismol within 5 days of starting the Phase 1 diet, and I haven't had to take any acid reflux medication since then. I don't have panic attacks anymore. My blood pressure is in the normal range, now, and my doctor approved discontinuing blood pressure medication. I sleep soundly for 7-8 hours every night. I am at a comfortable weight. My allergies and asthma are better than they have been in over 30 years, and I was able to discontinue using the prescription nasal spray I had been using since 1990. I never felt "deprived" eating the foods Nour recommended. It was really a relief to be eating more simply prepared and nourishing foods. My meals looked beautiful and tasted great! Communicating with Nour was easy - even during the pandemic. We met face-to-face via Zoom, and the online platform she uses made it easy to share information and track my progress. I was able to message her to ask questions between Zoom sessions and she was very responsive. Nour's Eat to Thrive program supported my ongoing digestive health by introducing me to ways to reduce stress - which can be an underlying cause of digestive issues. I learned helpful breathing techniques, visualization exercises, and even ear massage to stimulate the Vagus nerve to reduce stress!

I wish I had heeded the advice of previous clients of Nour Zibdeh who stated in their Google and…read moreYelp reviews that Nour overcharges for her services, is solely focused on profiting from her clients, and offers a program that is not scientifically based. Taking advice from these individuals would have saved me thousands of dollars, in addition to the constant aggravation of working with Nour. My intention of writing this review is to help you avoid making the same mistake I did in choosing to work with Nour- which only left me with feelings of anguish and regret. I have partnered with copious amounts of medical professionals in the healthcare field over the years, both professionally and personally, and Nour is truly the most unprofessional provider I have worked with, on so many levels. Nour is disrespectful, uncaring, and is focused first and foremost on profiting from her clients. She charges more than any actual Medical Doctor/Physician I have worked with for the amount of service she provides. She is a nutritionist, NOT a medical doctor. Not only did I not heal from my work with her, I walked away with more stress on my body from repeatedly attempting to receive reimbursement from the month of work that was never provided, yet charged for, as well as from having to continuously deal with her negative energy in general. It was only until I disputed the charge with my credit card company that Nour was willing to reimburse the amount due on my account. Additionally, she was extremely resistant to paying any fees attached to the credit card transaction for reimbursement of the total amount. Her only concern was how this dispute would affect her business status, not about my health, nor making sure I was indeed reimbursed for the total amount owed. In summary, Nour is a fraud who is incapable of taking any accountability for her unscrupulous actions inflicted upon her overly trusting clients.
