Highly recommended. Lisa patiently tuned our piano. It sounds great again. Thank you.

Easy to communicate with and schedule with for a job with limited supervision. All went well, my piano is tuned.

I contacted Lisa via yelp based on her very positive reviews. She explained the tuning process which is a two-step process. She did an excellent job on turning in the piano which now sounds great.. I can recommend her to anyone needing their piano tuned. read more

Lisa just put the harmony back in my piano! Thank you Lisa for your expertise and craftsmanship. She patiently tuned the piano, then rechecked each key to assure the tuning had set. She found a problem with the sustain pedal and arranged an additional service call to resolve the issue. It's so satisfying to have a true virtuoso make a personal house call. I appreciate all the attention you bestowed upon this musical instrument. I look forward to a long-standing professional relationship! read more

Lisa was incredibly skilled, professional and easy to work with. Our piano sounds awesome and her pricing was very reasonable! She also was super accommodating of my schedule and happy to let herself in and out of the house while I was at work. A total breeze, would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a tune in the SB area. read more

Lisa is fabulous. She's very honest and upfront. She doesn't oversell services. We'd booked one service and when she came and heard our piano she recommended we get a less expensive service based on the sound of our piano. She came with very little notice and was accommodating to our schedule. That and she's just lovely to interact with. read more

Lisa is an expert in her field and passionate about tuning pianos with accuracy and precision according to each specific model. As a piano teacher, I was very happy to find a woman tuner since I've mostly encountered men! My piano means a lot to me since my Grandmas inheritance financed it, and she was the one who inspired me to play. Being such a personal as well as professional asset, it's very important to trust whoever handles my piano, and I absolutely trust Lisa!! My piano now sounds much cleaner and brighter after her tuning. Lisa is also very friendly and easy to talk to, and an all around great person!! read more

I recently inherited my mother's upright piano which had not been tuned in at least 30 years. Lisa was very careful due to the age of the strings and also very meticulous in ensuring that the tuning was just right. She made this old piano sound beautiful again! I highly recommend Lisa to anyone who needs to have their piano tuned. read more

Very prompt and polite! She knows what she's doing. It took us over an hour to take apart a school piano that had been screwed tight for safety and there was no extra charge read more

My regular piano tuner cancelled my appt last minute and I had to find someone immediately. I went on Yelp and found Lisa .She came within a week. Lisa is amazing. She took the heavy wood panels off the top and bottom part of piano for tuning. I have not seen anyone do that ever and she did an amazing job .She tuned up my piano for 3 hours ( which others will only do it for 1 hour ) and her fee is very reasonable. I will certainly recommend her to all my friends. read more

Lisa is great! She was very professional and kind and showed deep care for her work. Communicating to set up the appointment was easy (texting is best, which I appreciated). I inherited a piano from my parents which hadn't been tuned in years, and Lisa took the time necessary to make it right. Afterwards she explained everything she did and gave me recommendations on how to best care for my piano going forward. It sounds wonderful now! read more

Truly excellent service from Lisa. She loves pianos and music, and spent a good deal of time ensuring my 50 year old piano was lovingly tuned. Am very grateful for her efforts and am enjoying playing again after it had become somewhat out of tune. read more

Bought piano tuning as a gift for my sister. Lisa was extremely nice over the phone and very helpful. She was very upfront with prices and gave me the 10% discount cause I was a first time costumer. My sister has a baby as well and she said that Lisa was very kind and sweet to them while in the home. I hope this helps someone else! read more

Lisa is wonderful!! She has done a lot of work on our Weber piano that needed some long overdue tuning. I loved hearing her insight on the piano and feel very confident with her work. Our piano continues to sound amazing and it's all thanks to Lisa. read more

Get Lisa to tune your piano! She's reliable, expedient and courteous. I've had my piano tuned about 7-8 times from another tuner in Santa Barbara and three trouble keys kept sticking after 2-3 months of servicing. Lisa tuned my piano once, took a look at the keys, and they have been playing perfectly for six months already (and still going). Will be calling her again, and you should too. read more

My family and I bought a pre-owned upright piano, and after it was moved to our house, it needed tuning. I saw Lisa's amazing reviews online, and selected her right away for the job. She arrived on time, and did a great job tuning the piano. She even took the time to show me the inside of the piano - certain strings that were missing, explaining what needed to be fixed and tuned. We thought her price was very reasonable. She even gave us a new client discount. Also she was patient with my young children (my baby crawled up and started "helping" her at one point, and my older ones had so many questions for her). We were very pleased with the work she did. She was thorough and knowledgeable!! read more

Lisa is one in a million. My 87 year old father lost his home in the Thomas Fire. One of his many joys in life is playing the piano daily. We had a friend donate a piano. Lisa came out, spent several hours tuning, then ordered a replacement string, she returned again and stayed until the sound was perfect. She donated her time to this effort and would not allow us to pay her. Don't let anyone tell you there is not enough good in the world. There is, Lisa is proof for all of us. read more

She took her time tuning my piano and she was such a professional tuner. I felt so comfortable around her. I'm looking forward to seeing her soon, and her prices were reasonable. read more
