The staircase at the top involved a tight turn which was deemed navigable both by photographic review and by the 3 man team when they arrived. Unfortunately, the 3 hours that followed were completely unsuccessful. I was left with holes in my drywall at the bottom of the stairs (not involving the turn). Jeremy, the team lead, was very apologetic. He felt with a four man team they would be able to make the move and stated the owner would call me the next day to set that up. That we would be a priority. That was on February 8th. I was never contacted by the company again in any capacity.

Their guys were awesome--they did everything: wrapped it up, put it on rollers, put ramps on all the steps. They knew what they were doing, they took good care of the piano, and they had it all done super quickly. When the inevitable hurdle came up (more steps at the destination), they just rolled out more equipment that fit the challenge. Great attitude, easy move. It took them roughly 3.5 weeks to "repair" my Ipad. However, they didn't even repair my Ipad, they actually gave it back to me in a worse condition saying there was no point in returning it to its original state since they couldn't fix it. I emphasized how I left my Ipad in great condition and it isn't fair that a literal device repair shop returns my personal belonging, damaged. The employee did not offer whatsoever any help to repair my Ipad of the damages they added onto it, and showed absolutely no concern over it either. Might I add, the issue the employee said they couldn't fix is fixable at another location so I have absolutely no idea why this employee thought it was okay completely giving up on my device (on the damages they added). They did offer to fix the screen once it starts working again... with a charge. I asked if it was going to be discounted at least and he said yes but probably not the kind of discounted I am looking for. I definitely wouldnt recommend this location when it comes to Ipad repairs.

She is just aweful. She showed up, she was unable to tune the piano, we schedualed an appointment with her "speacialist" friend, whom never showed up, to tune the piano. I started lessons for my child in the meantime while waiting for the tuning, and purchased the materials from her. My child had two appointments with her where she spoke very confidently about teaching my child and got my child extremly excited about lesson, I mean EXTREMELY excited child, and then SUDDENLY no show no call on her 3rd appointment, so I though ok maybe she thot it was for next week so i gave her a call and left a message. No return call, no show the following week. No show on tuning speacialist appointment. I proceeded to leave 5 messages over the following 2 weeks and called at least 10 times, not a single response. Now my child is begging for her lessons and I have to find a new teacher for toddlers. She is just disgusting! I can not believe this women would build up the hopes of a mother and child just to not even bother calling to cancle her employment. I would give her 0 stars if I could I am disgusted and dissapointed, dont waste your time or money on this womens services. 9/21/17 To respond to miss lisa, that is bolognie my number has never been disconnected ive had the same number for almost 9 years and am using the same number today to conduct my own buisness, so I do not appreciate the abrupt lies, my 10 phone calls and 5 voicemails over 2.5 weeks were NEVER attempted to be returned, and untill I posted a poor review never recieved any responce even after a no show no call appointment. I find the fact that would make excuses like this and lie about my phone number falsly being disconnected just to make yourself look more reliable as reprehensible behavior. Now you don't seem to be truthful. I have the texts, times and dates sent. And let's face it... I had agreed to your price and told you we can set the appointment. You got that texts because I said thank you and you said you're welcome. Now all of a sudden that I placed the review you did not receive the texts I sent later in the day or the next day of day after. You dropped the ball and should have simply apologized but now you are challenging MY integrity.
