Now you don't seem to be truthful. I have the texts, times and dates sent. And let's face it... I had agreed to your price and told you we can set the appointment. You got that texts because I said thank you and you said you're welcome. Now all of a sudden that I placed the review you did not receive the texts I sent later in the day or the next day of day after. You dropped the ball and should have simply apologized but now you are challenging MY integrity. My regular piano tuner cancelled my appt last minute and I had to find someone immediately. I went on Yelp and found Lisa .She came within a week. Lisa is amazing. She took the heavy wood panels off the top and bottom part of piano for tuning. I have not seen anyone do that ever and she did an amazing job .She tuned up my piano for 3 hours ( which others will only do it for 1 hour ) and her fee is very reasonable. Lisa is one in a million. My 87 year old father lost his home in the Thomas Fire. One of his many joys in life is playing the piano daily. We had a friend donate a piano. Lisa came out, spent several hours tuning, then ordered a replacement string, she returned again and stayed until the sound was perfect.
