When it was time to pick her up I hand the lady my card to pay, she responds with cash or check only. If you ask me it would have been nice to be told that maybe when I made the appointment? So I told her I would be back in a few days with cash. I came back as promised and paid the bill which was 48 and some change. The son was the only one there and didn't have change to give back from paying with a 50. Now fast forward a week or so, I just get a call from them stating I didn't pay!! I said I sure did, than the mother and son proceeded to argue in the background. The lady puts the son on the phone and I reminded him about when I came in- he knew I was right. My guess is he pocketed the money. Do yourself a favor- go somewhere else for your pet.

The owners are warm and friendly and very accommodating as they got our baby in at the last minute when the previous dog reservation fell through. They also provided very personalized touches.. When I picked my baby I was given a framed photo of her stay, report card and a tote bag with her food and medication that I had left with them. This truly is a gem for pets. I will be back

During winter, it's not easy to have him socialize with other dogs, due to it being too cold outside. I considered this as an option. I went there, didn't know the best time or day to go there(more on this later). At the time I went in, I guess other owners were picking up their dogs. Was told I needed a copy of all vet vaccinations. I had a copy of the dog license in the car(which you can't get without all vaccinations). He didn't care, and I guess that is policy, so I kinda understood that. I asked when would be a good time for an intake interview? I saw he was busy, understandable. He gave me his business card. I asked him when would be a good day and time to call him. He said anytime. Now, if he is busy at the moment, apparently anything could come up at any time. I do not like using the phone. Prefer not to. Would if absolutely necessary. He seems to have a flow of customers. Maybe he isn't taking on new clients(would make sense). I don't know much about him or his business(this was my first impression). Maybe rubbed me the wrong way/no idea.

The vet, Dr. Carter was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My cat was well taken care of at the location during his routine follow-up. I called WVC to ask if we could have his glaucoma medication filled by their pharmacy because we are in an emergency situation. Their client service representative refused, telling me both that they have no capacity for new clients, and that they refuse to fill a prescription from another doctor. She was inflexible, insensitive, rude and dismissive, and she hung up on me when I was trying to make a final suggestion. And to top it off, all this happened after waiting on hold on the phone for over ten minutes, she dismissed my comment that I had already waited ten minutes, and put me on hold again. My family have been clients of this practice since the 1980s. I am so disappointed and angry. They don't deserve to care for our animals if this is the way they treat their family members.

It first started with my boy Hank. Two other places almost killed him because they neglected him the proper care and almost killed him. In 2019, unfortunately one of my babies Abby became very ill and had to be put down, Dr. Price knew how bad this was for me and came right to my home and took care of everything. Not everyone would do that. Then in 2020 my other baby Sophia, who was 15 at the time ended up with a lot of health issues. With every ounce of love and expertise Dr. Price was able to care for her and she was with us for two more years until she was 17. And from there on out Dr. Price and her wonderful staff continue to take care of all of my babies. I currently have 6 dogs and 1 cat and I can't imagine having them cared for by anyone but Dr. Price and her staff. Thank you to all of them!
