She also typically has trouble feeling up to eating when she's stressed at a kennel or while boarding, but she had no problem at all here! She had a wonderful time and she was absolutely thrilled when I picked her up after 10 days. She was not in any way stressed and looked so happy! She was clean, had obviously had a wonderful time and been extremely well cared for! I would absolutely board her here again anytime in the future and highly recommend them! I am so grateful for their help!

I was personally attacked by the Vet. today. She doesn't know anything about me. I felt she was…read moremaking assumptions about me at the get go. My dog had a deep cough a month ago. I called and was told that I would have to wait a month. Well, today (a month later), he no longer has the cough. The Vet walked in with a straight face, no smile. She then proceeded to tell me that my dog is overweight. My dog weighs 21 lbs. and should be around 15 lbs. Well, she went on and on about "It's on you." It's your fault he is like this. She said it at least 7 times and stared at me like a teacher mad at you. She made a condescending remark that she will make a note in his chart that I don't care. I got mad and said, "Stop being a smart ass. "Well, she threw a temper tantrum and said ..Don't swear at me. And in a huff, She walked out slamming the door. Just like a child. Where do they get these people ???? Will never go back. I should of been angry having to wait a month. But, I'm a grown up. I swear, stay away from this place. They don't put animals first. No one should have to wait to see a Dr. a month and then be treated like that. I have 4 dogs and they are like my children. I would run into a burning building for them with no hesitation.

As a super energy spring legged bouncy boy, he can be a challenging handful and I have always had super duper help without having to ask even. Buddy loves going to the "DOCS " even after having surgery, (being neutered). I have some health issues that sometimes make basic things challenging for me and I have found this place(EVERY PERSON) very helpful during my many visits with my 3 dogs over 15 or 20 years. We brought our senior dog in for a nail trimming and the following day brought our wild child in for a bath. They were patient with our senior dog and took their time. They were great as well about scheduling a bath when our dog adverse dog could be alone. Only draw back was a couple came in as walk ins for nail trimming with three dogs. But they handled it like champs. Would highly recommend Pet Supply for Grooming.

That being said, the reason they get one star, is that I called there this afternoon, as I found 2 kittens that had been dumped by someone in my yard out in the country. She told me that she could only take down my info and have someone call me "once they find a foster". She couldn't tell me when I would get a call, that in basically might be hours or days. I declined and attempted to call other facilities, one who refused them completely (see my review of Stevens Swan Humane Society), and one who didn't answer the phone (Spring Farm Cares) I'm now stuck with 2 innocent kittens that are going to die at the hands of the fox and coyotes out here in the wild, as they can't come in my house since I'm deathly allergic to them. Very disappointed in a facility that's supposed to be one of best in the area.
