Everything was done on time and she worked to find me the best prices possible. I loved how prepared she was also. She brought samples of fabrics, paint colors and drapes with so many choices, all staying within my budget and my style. I feel like she really listened to what I said I wanted. She took my personal style and ideas and created a concept that incorporated some of my favorite pieces that I already owned and then she found alll of the rest of the furniture and accessories. I loved how creative she was when choosing accessories and furniture. I used Meg B. Frank Interiors to decorate my entire miracle mile Spanish style condo. She kept it fresh and young, while still keeping within the Spanish style that I wanted. I plan on working with her again whenever I move as well. I feel like my place has character, charm and is now perfectly polished! Highly recommend Meg B. Frank Interiors!!

During our 2-hour consultation, Dawn not only found a color that perfectly matched our style, counters, and backsplash but also spotted opportunities to refresh the colors in the dining room and entry to bring the whole design together. Her color savvy is fantastic, and she asked great questions and listened carefully to incorporate our preferences and ideas. She left us with paint swatches for all three rooms, and the new colors look incredible. Dawn's color consultation more than exceeded our expectations, but she didn't stop there! She also suggested ways to update the kitchen and dining room lighting to be more functional and coordinated. Her after-visit email summary included links to all of the ideas she had offered, including multiple options for fixtures that were very affordable and perfect for our spaces. We love the new lighting. To top it all off, when we told Dawn about our longer-term goal of renovating our kitchen, she offered fantastic ideas for reconfiguring the space to make it more functional and appealing. She followed up with detailed recommendations in her after-visit email summary and included rough drawings to help us visualize thew space. The 2-hour consultation with Dawn was an incredible value, and we definitely want to work with her on the kitchen renovation project!

We had a giant tub, a pie-shaped closet, and so much lost space. We needed help conceptualizing how to make the space work aesthetically and functionally. A month later, we are still talking about how it doesn't feel real how fantastic our Master Bathroom became, a room we adore. Her style is simple, flawless, yet dreamy. She can take an extremely stressful process and make it seamless and easy. She did everything from conceptual layout to vendor selection, procurement, and finishing touches. We did not have an endless budget, and she was conscious of our means but did not ask us to jeopardize style or quality. She went above and beyond to provide us with options, shopping around pricing with her vendors (all of which were great to work with). Her service and style are top-notch. I am redoing my whole house and had just returned from High Point NC because my daughter just moved…read moreto that area. I visited several furniture stores and was greeted promptly, was able to see an enormous amount of furniture, especially at Furnitureland South, where I placed a large order. I was still looking for four or five items and stopped into Britt Carter to see if I could find anything that I would like as I am in the market for high end to luxury furniture. I walked in on Wednesday and the girl sitting behind the desk did not acknowledge me, not even a "hello" or 'can we help you." I walked the entire store freely snapping pictures of items that looked interesting to me assuming someone would approach me. I was the only customer in the store the whole time. That didn't happen and when I left, the same girl did not even look up from her phone to at least say goodbye. Nothing said. I realized at that moment that this would never be a retail establishment that I would do business with. So right in the parking lot, I texted a photo of the beautiful item I saw there to my sales person in High Point and I ordered that exact item at a significant lower price from her. As an interesting side note, the artist/decorator I am working with in my renovation told me he brought a client into Britt Carter recently - he was looking for a lot of items and they were completely ignored as well. He assumed it was because they were in work clothes having just completed an installation at the house. The client refused to stay since he was not being acknowledged and they went down the street to Job Youshaei and the client spent $80,000. My decorator did call and speak directly to Britt about this but it doesn't look like things have changed. I'm guessing that, even though their sign on the outside says that they are open to the public, they really prefer to work with decorators with appointments. If that is really what they want their business model to be, that is entirely their prerogative, but be transparent about it. I would not return except to get some great photos of lovely furniture that I could actually order elsewhere for a lower price and exceptional customer service.

Natalia has been incredibly helpful in guiding us through big, impactful design decisions that are practical and thoughtful, while also keeping costs reasonable since we don't want to invest too much in a rental property. I also didn't want an interior designer to fully design every detail of the place. I wanted to be involved in choosing pieces myself, but have someone I could trust to advise me on whether things would actually work in our space, and Natalia has been perfect for that. I'll text her with questions about furniture purchases, design ideas, or even quick installation decisions when our maintenance guy is here, and she always responds right away. My husband is also very picky, but he has been genuinely impressed with her advice and with how our place has come together. I know Natalia takes on much larger and more expensive projects than ours, but I have never once felt like we were wasting her time. She has always been responsive, kind, and very professional. I highly recommend Natalia to anyone looking for practical, thoughtful design guidance that respects your time and budget. We'll definitely be working with her again on our next home project whenever we move.

Even when my home was clean, it looked cluttered and dirty. Once I started working from home more, I realized I needed to invest in the help of a professional who could help make my space a comfortable place to work and live. I was referred to Tina by a friend whose home I absolutely love. Like me, she has pets but somehow managed to keep all of her pet stuff from overtaking her living room. She admitted that she had help from a professional interior designer and gave me Tina's email address. Tina worked with me to figure out what my goals were via a detailed questionnaire, what my style is, and helped me figure out what I like and don't like. I sent her a list of ideas and examples and she somehow turned my hodgepodge of ideas into a reality that came together beautifully. There was no way I could have ever gotten my home to the place it is now by myself. Having never used an interior designer before, I had no idea how much a room could be transformed. It's like I moved into a different home. She also made the process extremely easy on me and I felt like I didn't have to invest a ton of time into making this transformation happen- she just took care of all the annoying and time consuming parts for me. Her rates are reasonable and she will work with you to stay within your budget. She was flexible with my needs and I didn't feel like she ever pushed me towards something I didn't want. She primarily works in the Lake Forest/Chicago area, but I live in Virginia and she was able to work remotely with me via phone, email, and FaceTime. So glad my friend referred me to her!
