My mom said her massage therapist was gentle, attentive, and made her feel very much at ease. The pressure was just right for her, and she left feeling absolutely spoiled. The room is just so comfy - the room is heated, the sheets are heated and you have a foot pillow, Tina plays whatever sound relaxes you the most (for me, rain sound) and she focuses on problem areas you have!
