The store had a nice variety of brands which is always helpful. The prices here are higher than the liquor store I frequent in LA, but it's all relative as they say... The staff were very helpful and friendly! That is one of the reason's I love visiting Oregon! Plenty of parking in the lot. Conveniently located next to a grocery store and CVS. BTW You CAN NOT buy liquor at Trader Joe's or any other grocery store in Oregon...Only wine & beer...So you may want to book mark this place...just sayin ~ and that's all I have to say about that...

When I was walking back to my car late one evening I heard some young men talking about going to California to buy some liquor. The first store and biggest sign after you get in to California reads buy liquor here. A clean store, well stocked, no shelves of smut, and nice people make this store at least 3+ stars.

My boyfriend and I got followed around the store like we were trying to steal even though I was asking where to find things. The man and his children completed their purchase and left the store, I was up next. I was asked for my ID (for tomato juice and lemon). I told the older blonde woman working that I had lost my wallet previously and had no ID, but nothing I was buying was alcoholic. She refused my service. I handed the tomato juice and lemon to my boyfriend who was also trying to buy cigarettes and walked out. She refused him service because he was with a "minor". So much for the man with the 10 year old and the literal baby walking out with a bottle of vodka and some beer? Wtf? We are 29 & 37 years old. I 100% believe they profiled us as thieves and refused us service because we have tattoos and piercings. Absolutely will not be back.
