With regular gyms, I know that the day of I won't feel like going, but with Alexa, I have to schedule in advance to hold my spot. This is motivating for me to go so I schedule it in advance. Also, Alexa is really patient and always very supportive. She is super encouraging and it makes for a very positive experience when working out. She never makes anyone feel bad about how they do the work, she is good at guiding, and instructing. I also like how the classes are very small so you feel like you are really getting Alexa's attention rather than just one of many in the room.
