After my original review the owner, Rick contacted me. Rick is a gentleman and wanted to make it right. He had a technician come out quickly and spray. My yard is looking a lot better, mostly all weeds are gone! The yard is looking so much better that my neighbor jumped on liquid lawn as well. read more

Very poor communication and one tech applied too much nitrogen and burnt s huge section of our zoysia! Another time a tech came out to retreat and left a fee minutes later after doing NOTHING! read more

Overdue for the review but we canceled our services a few months ago because we weren't getting results. I swear every time the worker would come out he wouldn't do anything because even after 3 months our weeds were still out of control! Our grass was not growing and every time I would call customer service they would say it looks like your grass is getting better.. I live here I see this grass everyday. At least get rid of these weeds instead I have them growing and growing new ones sprouting after the other and I finally said I'm done! Better off doing it myself. read more

Now that I've been a customer for a year, the company is just not worth it. I tried to have faith for a year, but the impact has been minimal, and the price has been much higher than the initial promotion. The company tries to be extreme in its advertising (started with foul language, and now just downright ethnic bigotry in their advertising). I am ashamed that I ever was a customer of this company, and fortunately it's not too late to quit now. If the owner would spend as much time focused on lawn care as he does on shock-marketing, maybe they'd deliver a service that's worth the cost. read more

I hired Liquid lawn for the first time this year. Paid up front for the year, they did not deliver on the promise to give them four months and my yard would look great. First application they missed I had five strips in the yard that did not receive fertilizer, so I had green and not so green strips in the lawn. They came back and reapplied, then I had Several spots in the front lawn that have been destroyed (burned) by the fertilizer spilled off the back of the truck. They have made several attempts to fix it with no success, I will have to spent the money to re-sod. I called the company today and stopped service. They will not refund the remaining money in the account back to me. They had the responsibility to make my yard look better than it was and in fact they destroyed a good section of it. I will not be getting my $380 back for the remainder because they don't do that. Negative reviews and Negative Social media will have lost them more than $380. Not smart people, not a good company to do business with, I recommend staying clear of them. read more

We tried this company, unfortunately they didn't follow through with their promises. What we paid vs the three weeds they killed wasn't worth the money. When I addressed the problem with the owner, he hung up on me. Poor service. Poor communication, poor quality. read more

I was told by them - in writing - I was not a real customer and they didn't want my business - because I questioned why they were so adamant about getting my credit card information before answering my questions - services not explained read more

I had liquid Lawn. The first year was good. After the first year everything went to hell in a hand basket. They started with a perfect yard . I ended up with an 1/8of my backyard destroyed and then they proceeded to start killing my front yard. They kept promising me results month after month and things continued to get worse. They are supposed to be professionals . Professional ? I asked them if they were fertilizing the yard with active fungus they said yes. So they fed the fungus they were trying to control. I fired them after months of promises. Took back my lawn myself and the damaged areas are coming back. I only started service because I had a back surgery. This company is a crooked company. I would suggest no one used them unless you plane to re sod your yard. Taking them to court because they think they can get away with there bad service. read more

Service cancelled , unable to get rid of weeds after numerous attempts , second chances and promises. Wasted money.

A nightmare! Service requested! Bad to nothing. Service cancelled 4 times on me. Literally had verbal battle with management to get service I paid upfront for. Recommend: Find someone else! read more

I canceled my account because I was planning on ripping up my lawn, putting in sprinklers, and new sod, because I was a fighting a losing battle on the weeds. They proceeded to charge me the following month, even though no one had visited my home and done any spray work. They also refused to refund the amount of over a hundred dollars for the service that I did not receive. Beware of shady practices. read more

A younger sales rep for Liquid Lawn promoted a $1 lawn spray trial. I agreed to the trial service, and on seeing how it went we were not pleased with the service. Tried to cancel and were told there was a 3 month commitment that we were not told about (which did not make sense because we did not sign any contract or commitment). I told them we would pay for the one service, and they said this would be the last spray and my account would be canceled. I got charged randomly about a month later for $107 (price of over two treatments). No spray technician ever came out, and I tried contacting the sales rep Zach again, his number was unavailable. Tried google searching the company and calling the main lines for each location. All of the numbers immediately hung up no answer. This is clearly a scam, never give them your card info or you will be charged even when you try to cancel. Filed fraud for my credit card company. read more

We have had liquid lawn for a year, paid $990 for the year and after many many conversations and questions my entire front lawn had been destroyed by cinch bugs. Don't use them! They are terrible!! read more

Horrible customer service and poor quality product. I had been using Liquid Lawn for 12-13 months, so this comment comes after more than 10 treatments of experience. After over $1000 spent on hoping my lawn would look as beautiful as they advertise, I expressed how unhappy I was via email. Whomever handles their Instagram page was rude and aggressive in my DMs. They were courteous initially in sending me an email after the third session asking what I thought. I replied I was still unhappy with my Lawn. There were a few emails/calls/text correspondences throughout the past year expressing my concern on lack of improvement, so there was no surprise when I finally stopped scheduling with them after one year of my lawn looking the same. One time they did two treatments in the same month, which was an unexpected $200 charge. The technicians who come are very kind, but when I bring up my disappointment in how my lawn looks, the managers will pin it on me saying I did not water enough (it's rained 3-5 days/ week) or I needed to use sod. At this point, I will have to get sod and a new company, but it is both embarrassing for myself and Liquid Lawn when their sign is on my yard advertising their poor quality work. I got a second opinion after the 5th liquid lawn treatment, and the company that came by was surprised I had this many treatments with no improvement. In their opinion, Liquid Lawn dilutes their product, causing the customer to need more treatments. Their prices are good, but other places are comparable--go elsewhere! read more

I cancelled the service in May 1 2026. I was still charged $102.84 on June 9th 2026. I was promised a refund but I have not received a refund yet. I verified with them that my cancellation was on file. read more

Had for over one year. Absolutely no improvement to yard at all. When I tried to have a conversation about it, I was told my lawn guy HAS TO WASH HIS MOWER in between jobs... Like I have any control over that!! Then the owner comes out with very questionable ads (language, etc). I've had enough read more

Hired these guys last year to take care of an already nice yard. After the first application, my grass started thinning. They told me to ba patient, that it would take 3 or 4 applications to see good results. After the 5th application, half my yard was gone. I told them I either want my money back, or free applications until I reach "pre-Liquid Lawn" appearance. Four applications later, my yard was starting to look good, and then they burned it AGAIN. Poor communication, and I was charged for every "free" application. I'm not saying it doesn't work for some yards, I'm saying they burned my yard twice in 10 applications. read more

Absolute crap. They don't call you back, lie about preforming services, and lie about making appointments. When something is wrong, they just pass the buck saying someone in a different department will take care or it or call you. Never happens. When I signed up, they came out and told me that a field manager would be by in a few days to talk about the first service, show how it was working after a few days and go over what weeds and lawn treatment plan they recommended. They canceled my follow up multiple times. Sometimes through email, sometimes by phone or by text. It was always something. The weather, they were to busy with other clients, it was a long day could they stop by tomorrow. This went on for three weeks. Meanwhile, I would sporadically get messages from Joshua, I believe a manager. Asking me how it was going. I told him there was no difference, and if anything the weeks were continuing to get worse and grow. I was told that it would take a few treatments. Six weeks later. They have not ever come to do my follow up and treatment plan. They have not come for appointments or anything. I have been reaching out and every time I am told someone will contact me soon, you'll next service is sometime this week, you'll get a call from the field manager today. None of this has happened. The weeks have gotten much much worse, they have taken my money, and ignored me. Don't recommend. read more

Misleading advertising! All of their ads say you get "6 treatments for $99". After the first treatment they charged my husband's credit card $111. They never showed up again and after numerous calls they showed up 6 weeks later and did not show up on the day they were supposed to come. They notified us at 5:13 pm after we waited all day, that they weren't coming, and would come the following day. After they came my husband called their office to remind them that this is the second treatment of the six we are supposed to get for $99 and his response was "we put down 6 treatments at the first visit"!!! Therefore, we will be charged again for the second visit. They do not give you an invoice with a detailed description of what they did. They just charge your credit card. So you're paying them and don't know for what. read more

Please don't trust Liquid Lawn. The first year my lawn looked amazing after that, my 2nd and 3rd year my lawn have holes, pests, cricket mole eating way the roots, weeds everywhere. They charged my credit card amounts illegally without notifying me and then the office said they did that because of inflation. BBB don't have records of this company operating in Daytona Beach. Liquid lawn has been robbing me for months. They need to be investigated by Dept of Agriculture. read more
