Almost two years ago, I was on a mission to find an Attorney that could help us. With out going…read moreinto great detail at this time, It will be two years next month in November when my Husband drove to the local hospital, walked in to have his arm checked. Everything that was done was DONE WRONG with him. In just a few days he went onto life support, then to four hospitals over months before coming home. I am now his 24/7 care giver, and he lives in a hospital bed at home. I pray everyday for strength and for my Husband to get better. Life sure has changed for us. When I made that call to Oliver Law Firm, I first talked to Andrea, she listened to me. I cried, she cried with me. I then chatted with Mr Oliver for a long time. When I got his letter in the mail stating he would take our case, I was so over joyed, like a load on my shoulders had been removed. Oliver Law Firm has kept me informed every step of the way. I can and have called them many times with questions, and I have always got answered. We are almost to the end of this journey, and with out Oliver Law Firm I would not know what to have done. Thank you Oliver Law Firm for caring for us with all of my heart, always and ever I will be grateful.

Daniel and his staff jumped right in, quickly assessed my situation, and began taking action immediately. He clearly explained everything he was doing and why it was being done. Absolutely do not contact, hire, communicate with, or work with in any way. I logged on today to…read moreleave a review of this law firm, and it turns out my experience mirrors that of another reviewer (Nate S) nearly word for word. I worked with Daniel Findling for 4 months during which time he did not much more than bill me for mistake after mistake (including drawing up a primary parenting time and child support document that had my name and my spouses name wrong, the incorrect name for my spouse, an incorrect ATTORNEY for my spouse, and even more egregiously, had me listed as the defendant when I was, in fact, the Plantiff and Daniel's client. Since properly and professionally terminating my relationship with Daniel Findling's office I have made repeated (5+) attempts to contact the office including both by phone and email. I have had ZERO response; ZERO acknowledgement that they have received my emails or my voicemails. I submitted a formal complaint to the BBB and the conducted their own attempts at contact as per BBB procedure. They too received zero contact, zero response, zero acknowledgement. Mr. Findling should lose his law license, but in the meantime, protect yourself and absolutely do NOT use this firm.

Highly Knowledgeable and Easy to Talk To…read more After speaking directly with Attorney Barton Morris, I was genuinely impressed by his expertise and how easy he was to talk to. He took the time to walk me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the process feel much less overwhelming. He was professional, honest, and approachable -- which isn't always easy to find in legal representation. I truly feel confident moving forward with him handling my firearm rights restoration case. Highly recommend based on knowledge, communication, and overall professionalism.

Terrible Experience - A Warning to Others…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm and I would not recommend them to anyone. Initially, I was assured by a specific lawyer that he would handle my case personally, only to learn after payment that a different lawyer was assigned without any direct communication from the initial lawyer. This felt dishonest and exploitative.Told me what I wanted to hear solely to take thousands of dollars from me. Communication was abysmal from the start. I received no clear updates, was left in the dark about the status of my case, and had to chase the firm for answers. To make matters worse, my case was tossed over to a third lawyer right before my court hearing. This firm's lack of interest in my case, poor service, and ultimately accusatory remarks led me to terminate their services within a month of hiring them. I sent a formal complaint to the owner and while he apologized and acknowledged the issues highlighted, the response felt dismissive. I read all of the responses to comments by this firm's desire to "make things right," but what they don't say is that apparently there is a time window for this. They don't really want to help, because if they did my direct complaint to the firm would have been addressed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel cheated. The fee charged was disproportionate to the work done, based on the billing that was sent to me during this short stint. I hired this firm for specific legal actions to defend my rights, yet they didn't perform those tasks. Apparently, "researching it" is sufficient enough based on what I was told as a response to my complaint. Despite my dissatisfaction, they refused to refund any portion of the fees, which only added to my frustration. I am sharing my story for anyone in my community who's battling for justice, struggling to be heard, and navigating the challenge of spending their limited resources wisely on legal help. Transparency and quality should be priorities--not taking advantage of clients. Businesses should prioritize transparency and quality, enabling customers to invest confidently in those who meet expectations. If unable to deliver, honesty upfront is essential rather than taking money unfairly. I'lI be contacting local news outlets to share my experience and raise awareness.

To whom it may concern,…read more I reached out to attorney Carol A. Laughbaum regarding my case. She expressed interest initially, but her tone changed once she learned that I am an hourly union employee. Apparently, she finds it more difficult to pursue cases-especially those involving damages-for hourly workers, I was more than willing to compensate her for time to write a letter inquiring about harassment and intimidation by my employer, in the hopes it would stop, Carol made it clear that would tarnish her practice to write a letter without her filing a lawsuit, If you are an hourly employee and belong to a union, I would recommend avoiding this law firm to save both your time and theirs, Thank you

Hi Everyone, I had a bad experience with Attorney Carol Laughbaum. She agreed to take my case and…read moreat the last minute right before the statute of limitations was about to expire she suddenly changed her mind and no longer wanted to file my lawsuit. Despite her being fully aware that I had less than two weeks to pursue in court. At first she acted nice when I spoke to her but then she changed in demeanor and became condescending and dismissive toward me which was concerning. She is unpredictable. My advice is to contact other law firms and have another attorney as a backup if you decide to retain her services. Because it's difficult to get an attorney at the last minute when you have important legal timelines to met. And I won't be able to file my lawsuit because I trusted Carol. I hope this review helps. Have A Wonderful Day

Her professionalism mixed with her realist approach to her trade was what won me over. She always called me back. Her office was very communicative. She went to bat for me on more than one occasion, once, she actually told the records devision who was harassing me about paperwork we had already provided them, to never call me again and direct all calls to her office. Amazing. She worked her butt off on my case. She won't BS you, won't string you along, she'll tell you how it is. She maxed out my case and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Unlike other larger firms, she's a trial lawyer. She has no problem rolling the dice in court, and has the backbone to prove it. Most lawyers in her industry are lazy. Take the first deal on the table. I'll tell you, NEVER take the first deal on the table. Honestly she came through on the 25th hour and locked it up like a pro. Don't hesitate to call her. If you got a winnable case, she'll do you solid.
