After directly dealing with this company, I decided to google other peoples experiences and the reviews were worrisome for me since I had paid a lump sum of money to this company already. I came upon various google reviews stating this company was a scam. Facts are this specific company is listed as registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the state of Arkansas. Photo has been added for the benefit of the reader. It is advisable that the recipient who is being contacted confirm the details match with the actual company registered. The website provides a brief overview of leadership team members so that you can contact the company directly and confirm the individuals you are in contact with actually work with the company. As a recipient of a subrogation claim you can contact the company who subcontracted the company directly and ask them to confirm the partnership. MY EXPERIENCE I was stuck between giving this review 3 or 4 stars. The reason why I wanted to give it 3 stars is because dealing with something like subrogation is a financial nightmare that creates unlimited moments of stress and anxiety. It can lead to having a court order placed to collect a debt which can snowball to other nightmares. It is specially frustrating and depressing when you were not directly involved in the accident that created a claim and are a victim of a crime yourself. In the state of CA as a registered owner you are responsible for up to 5000 dollars in property damage and 3x that in personal damage if your vehicle is involved in an accident and your insurance company refuses to pay out, even if you are not the responsible party. California Vehicle code description has been added to photos. Now to the actual company itself. I cannot speak for the entire company and can only share my opinions about the two individuals Justin and Julie. Both individuals were very professional and attentive. This was my first and God willing my last time that I had to deal with something like this and they were willing to answer any questions that I had along the way. Some reviews mention not being able to get through but I was always able to talk to a person when I called the number listed on the website. I was not treated like a number and for that I am truly grateful. The actual payment was simply done through the website. Unfortunately this experience has left me with very little financial means, but I was able to avoid filing for bankruptcy. If you are reading this and wondering what your next step should be it is always advisable to consult with an attorney and avoid having a court order placed against you. Remember the people you are talking to are humans too with multiple case loads, according to indeed employment reviews, so it may be best to ask for a preferred method of contact.
