I did and the office woman said I cut it. I explained I do my own work and nobody cut it it was poor quality she sd she would show her boss who backed her up. He sd he would send pictures to company. They said it looks cut also. This process to over a month with many calls to mgr and staff The mgr sd it it at end of rope to just cut off bad part and keep using. I explained if I though it was safe I would but my Buisness' reputation is not worth $250 but I guess Vermeer and the rope company doesn't stand by there Equipment . In my Buisness I don't get paid until the client is happy. They don't care about My saftey or my clients. If I was to use this defective rope and someone fot hurt who would be liable? Me not them.
