Unexpected and HORRIBLE front desk attitude. I scheduled a…read more9am 1st time consultation with them today for weight loss. The below was the sad outcome: I walked in and they already looked at me with a "what are you doing here" face. I said I had a 9am appt and sorry I was late (it was 9:03am). They said "she's not here. We don't have any records of you. You must have scheduled with main office. I looked at my phone calls history and said that I had scheduled with +1 (310) 517-0130. They looked at each other and didn't say anything. I asked: was it here? Liz said "yes". Sissily said: but I've already told you she's not here. Nobody apologized for not calling me to cancel appt. Sissily had a very negative attitude. I went to my car, but got curious on who could have called me to cancel the appt and why such a bad attitude for no reason. Decided to go back in there to say someone could at least call me to let me know and she just kept saying "she's not here". I asked for their names, and the name of the person I scheduled to see (so I could talk to her and complain about their front desk attitude). Liz was on the phone. Sissily didn't want to provide names. I said that I'd rather talk to the other lady (Liz) bc she had too much of an attitude. Liz at this time hung up the phone and started YELLING at me: go away, go away, and signaling with her hands. Sissily copied Liz. They LITERALLY CHOOED me out of the clinic. I felt humiliated and angry, but had to walk away. On my way out, I point to sissily and said: F... you. I deeply regret on doing so, but admit I did and would like to apologize for that. There was a lady walking in and saw this very last part only. I'd also like to apologize to her, if there's a way to do so. No matter how they treated me, I should not have used such a strong and negative work. Anyway, I understand people have hard days and sometimes let it affect their interactions with other people that have nothing to do with it, but I believe sissily owes me an apology for treating me with such an attitude and not being clear on what the issue was. She was not answering my questions properly; seemed like she didn't want to admit the mistake was on their end (for not canceling) and didn't even think of simply apologizing. A simple "I'm sorry" would have solved the issue, and we could move on to rescheduling. Now I'm back to square zero on my search for help with my weight loss journey that I so desperately need :(
