Celine was super responsive, Jason came that night (after working emergency removals all day) and quoted me an extremely fair rate, and the capability to complete the task the very next morning. This all during a time when millions of people are without power and in the same situation. Not only are all of these things above and beyond what could have been imagined, but Jason was a consummate professional, with a joyful personality. He showed up with a text message 20 minute notice, and did all the clean up with a smile and a reassuring attitude. I promise you this, Celine and Jason with Cross States Landscape will be my only point of contact for ALL of my future landscaping projects. 100% recommend.

Enrique and his crew not only lifted the rocks out, but they also power-washed each rock individually on all sides. The rocks literally look brand new even though they had sunk underground slowly over the past few years and had been covered in dirt for as long as I can remember. The crew carefully positioned the rocks in a nice even pattern/style and my yard looks completely different. Enrique even positioned the rocks neatly over a drainage pipe so it is "hidden" but still part of the overall design. It looks SO nice. "When you do a job it is the details that matter most" (Enrique said this to my young son as he was working and I think it is so true) Enrique pays a lot of attention to the details and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. He doesn't rush; he takes his time to make sure the job is done right. That kind of quality and craftsmanship is hard to find these days. My neighbors commented on how nice my yard looks and I catch myself peeking out the window just to look at it because the work he did looks so amazing. Avoid Kanios Roofing. No Warranty, No Proof of Work, Zero Accountability (our main contacts were…read moreKobi A. and Delonte B.-D.) We hired Kanios Roofing to fix a leak in our master bathroom. They came out, charged us, told us it was fixed and promised to send before and after photos. We never got those photos. We were just left on read. A few months later the exact same leak came back. When I asked about a warranty I found out they offer zero warranty on repair work, not even one year (it was buried in the fine print and I didn't know any better at the time. So my mistake there). Pretty much every other roofing company I've dealt with since then offers at least a one-year warranty. After the second leak I had multiple roofers come look at it. The difference was huge. Most companies sent an actual roofer who climbed the ladder and walked the roof. Kanios only sends salespeople who fly a drone, snap a few pictures and leave. The roofers who actually got up there told me there was no sign of any repair in the area that's leaking. The only patch they found was around a completely different vent that had nothing to do with our problem. Kainos just insisted the work was done correctly and refused to send anyone back out to check. No accountability at all. I'm now paying Gabriel with TrueWorks Roofing to fix it right. They climbed the roof themselves, spotted the real issue in minutes and are doing the job with a proper warranty. They even spotted a hole in my home that Kainos didn't even point out during their visit Lesson I learned the hard way: always go with a roofer who physically gets on your roof instead of just flying a drone, and always pick one that actually gives you a warranty on the work. Plenty of good companies do both. Kanios does neither. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We called Perez Tree Service and they blew us away with their skill, communication and hard work! They are a father-son team with all the equipment needed for the tasks at hand. They took the back yard trees limb by limb due to close proximity to a shed, fence, and garage. They definitely know what they're doing and each limb swung in the perfect direction when cut and anchored. The front pine trees we're taken down whole and without issue. They were extremely tidy, removing all limbs/pine cones/and sawdust. They ground down the stumps and surface roots perfectly. It was a huge job and it only took them less than a day to complete. They're licensed and bonded, and very easy to talk to. They work extremely hard and leave their work area spotless. They were on time and worked around our schedule no problem. Hard to beat that! If you have any work related to trees in anyway, give Gilberto Perez a call!
