My recent experience with Systems Pavers was truly amazing right from the first door salesperson Carly to the design consultant Nathan who recommended, designed and gave a very competitive quote to finally the project manager Kevin who ensured the project gets completed in quality and ahead of schedule. We already had a portion of our patio installed by the builder, so the new pavers had to be matched while extending our patio. Nathan ensured the design matches with the structure of our house and works well with our space and budget. Kevin ensured the work happens on schedule and was in constant communication to ensure we have everything in place for the work to be completed in time. The quality of work is outstanding and there is a seamless transition from the builder installed pavers to the new pavers installed by system pavers. The company has the best warranty and their commitment to customer service speaks volumes. Installation crew was FANTASTIC!!!! Quality work and they were neat and incredibly respectful of our property the entire duration of the installation. We had pavers installed for a furniture area and then an area with turf for an outdoor play area for the toddler granddaughter. Daniel was our salesman and he was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Kenneth did a nice job as the project manager and worked with us on the delay of getting the projected started. The initial delay was painful and actually surpassed the 90 day timeline outlined in the contract but Kenneth was able to make things right once the project began. Again, the install crew was great! I have never been as pleased with a construction crew, the individual men, and ​a project manager as I am with this particular group of men. Jared, the project designer was extremely helpful in guiding me through the HOA approval process. Thank you to Jesus the project manager, Julio and crew for their conscientious rapid fire work. They began demolition of the existing concrete slab on Monday and had the new patio (3 times the area of the original patio) constructed and completely finished by Thursday.
